About Neotel Call Center Software

Neotel is a cloud-based solution that provides CRM, virtual PBX and call center features to businesses. It allows user to record calls and access both downloaded files and playback. Neotel also offers a progressive and predictive dialling system for agents or groups. Supervisors can determine agent's performance, identify campaign results and monitor and spy on agent's conversations with callers. Users can minimize the number of incoming spam calls by automatically modifying the signalling of each call.

Buen Servicio a un precio razonable. Lo recomendaría.

Lo usamos para telemarketing y nos va bien en la actividad que desarrollamos.

PROS

Se integra bien con nuesta forma de trabajar. Somos una empresa relacionada con los seguros.

CONS

Echo en falta la integración con nuestro CRM, pero entiendo que no puede ser compatible con todas las aplicaciones.
