Great All-inclusive Camp Software!
CircuiTree's system was created originally by one of the largest camps in the country and is made directly for camps. Their package includes a front end registration website, store website and inventory management, registration management, reporting and analysis, and marketing tools. Overall - it works well for our set up.
CONSNo major cons with this company. They provide great support when systems go awry. The backend user interface is sometimes tricky to manage but is getting better.

Convenient
Love it because it's all in one place.
PROSEverything for camp registrations in one place. Health forms, Pictures using Bunk1, Camp store, parents only need to do things in one place.
CONSScheduling activities is challenging as an admin.
Reasons for switching to CircuiTree
Thriva wasn't working well our last year with them. And the store we had to manually move the money to a different pos system so it took a lot of time

Very Robust Software but Poor Support
Overall, the software has many great features that we did not have with our last software. And for the most part it works well. But the lack of support and steep learning curve to navigate it really needs to be addressed. The support was awesome during implementation but after that you feel like you were ghosted.
PROSCircuitree is a very robust software and can manage HR, Registration, Transportation, Donors and Camp Store all in one place.
CONSThe support is terrible. The never answer the support line so you can never get quick help. You have to leave a message and wait hours for them to return your call. Or submit a ticket and a lot of time it takes several back in forth emails to get them to understand the problem. It's very frustrating and time consuming . They are all super kind, just not very experienced with the software.
Reason for choosing CircuiTree
We loved the CT6 registration for our families because it was mobile friendly. Their camp store and HR functions are very robust and help us keep everything in one place.
Reasons for switching to CircuiTree
We needed a better Camp Store and HR function than Ultracamp couldn't deliver. But I so miss Ultracamp's customer support. It was second to none.

One of the best options for camp center
If you have a mid-range to larger camp, CirciuTree is probably your best solution. Unfortunately, their customer service has been slow and the speed at which they roll out updates is even slower.
PROSOne of the few software solutions for camps.
CONSLow customization compared to modern software products, not super user-friendly front-end views, seems to be continually "broken" in that our users are constantly finding bugs during daily operations, and very few integration options with our other software products.

friendly, personal, intuitive
CircuiTree totally revolutionized our camper registration and check in process. The amount of parent phone calls regarding registration dropped off significantly, and so, SO many things were made much easier thanks to the user-end experience. The back-end experience is pretty intuitive and provides quite a lot of customization for us. It's built for camps, by people who run camps. Often times the things we thought made us weird are already addressed by CT!
CONSThere are a few quirks, but the support from the team at CT is pretty great. They're personal and friendly. They're improving things regularly, but the relatively small dev team means that some fixes are delayed in getting rolled out.
