  • Pros

  • It works like we want it to work and when we need some adjustments the support is really fast.
  • Channable is easy to set up and in use. You can use the software for a lot different feed & API based marketplaces and platforms.
  • Cons

  • But when you want distinguish and really take a next step, the tool is too limited.
  • All changes go directly live when you hit save - there's no way to revert it, and no undo.

  • The Rules & Labels builder is extremely easy to use and allows us to quickly improve and enhance our feed; having a massive impact on our Shopping visibility and the queries we match for.
  • I love that we have the ability to share and set up feeds quickly, as well as identify and fix mistakes in existing product data and assign lables for better managment in each platform.
  • Cons

  • We spend time troubleshooting products that are missing from the feed, but this is usually on our side so no fault of IntelligentReach.
  • They are usually quick with this but its annoying that a basic feature like this is not available.
