It has excellent tools for order control, it is a great help for the company's logistic department, it is easy to use and very customizable.

Whenever I have a problem, which is rarely, the fix is quick. The only time I can't relax is when the site goes down, occasionally, usually a server problem.

It gives the management greater flexibility to pull the reports that worked on previous weeks and months.

Very good for getting customer service off of our website. Its very helpful for renting out suites in our building with a rotating clientele, with constantly different accounts being set up.

Occasional problems with KB articles not being editable after creation.

It is very easy to learn - I had no experience with it in November, and became comfortable with it in just a few days. I especially like the Knowledge Base and Recurring Request features.

Nlyte is a great and useful product, but it could be so much more than it is.

Conversion was very painful. Some data was not populated correctly, other data was dropped.

I like how I am able to modify a lot of areas to fit my needs.

Converting from previous DCIM tool was painful. After the conversion, the users are content with it.

The user interface must be written from the point of view of a naive first time user.

With transforming DC management through Nlyte we reached a simple, easy and accurate data management.

The visualization/power monitoring are useful for planning and allow users to quickly identify gaps in their respective programs.

Overall this product has helped us and i am liking it.

I appreciate their patience and knowledge. We intend to expand our use of this tool and I'm looking forward to that making my life as a Data Center Technician easier.

If you have a problem, they might call it a feature request and it will never get looked at again. If you see something in their demos, it will probably cost another 50k.

Ease of use and installation. It was a lot easier than expected.

I am quite happy with the nlyte product, even if to use it at its best, there is an need for an efficient organization of people who keep everything up to date.

Very customizable, however you have to customize about everything. Nice idea for a product, but poorly implemented, worsely supported and highly over priced.

Many wish we could revert to previous tool but others see Nlyte as a good tool. Overall, it costs a bit more than than it should, given the value it provides.

Steep learning curve if no experience with DCIM. The initial set-up is a bit confusing and should be a streamlined as possible.

Out of many, the most impressive feature I found is Nlyte Asset Optimizer (NAO) that makes asset lifecycle management very efficient.

Using the search function is easy, and allows you to quickly move assets around.

Bulk Data manager is a great feature as well as cabinet planner.
