I like how user friendly the program is. I appreciate that I can record notes about student behavior without writing a discipline referral and that others view my notes is optional.

Many pages to navigate to get to items you need at times. Could be due to lack of my frequent use of features.

This software is a wonderful tool that we use at our school to help keep track of childs performance in the classroom.

But it is NOT user friendly, and CSR has been helpful, but not solved my big issues for us (like teachers unable to login).

We can collect data of our discipline system and analyze that data to improve equity and restorative justice processes.

Navigating the website can be cumbersome at times and difficult to traverse.

Instead, I'll search a student (often by last name), and click on their name. Unfortunately, often times this results in getting the results from the student I just previously searched again.

What I dislike about the software is the fact that thye developers or rather the company is not residing in my country.

Again, very difficult to set up and later access. Gradebook is similarly difficult to navigate, and pretty inaccessible to the average teacher.

Seems designed more for exam-centric schools, such as those in South and East Asia. Training videos are narrated in poor English and are presented like a patchwork YouTube video.
