They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

The Mobile version does not include all features that reveal problems in my travel period.

It provides a great customer support. Bitix24 has dedicated support teams spread out across various countries including my country- a great way to serve customers.

Bitrix24 is very friendly user overall and the basic features are really useful that help teams collaborate and follow up on one another's role. The advanced features require further training.

Too many integration options and features in Bitrix24 can sometimes get confused.

They can not call you and you can't call them. So when you have an issue your screwed.

We got a great deal on Black Friday and they have so many integrations and so many products that you will never end discovering new features.

We used the software in a test environment for 3 months and had problems all along the way. Adoption from our team was minimal as the software was clunky to use.

VeryConnect is a compact software which gives you all the features you need with a price tag that doesn't hurt.

The team is quick to implement changes and they are updating the system with new features all the time. Their licensing is a very strong point compared to many per seat membership/CRM systems.

There a few occasions as admin where links take you back to the home page rather than back to the menu you were using (minor annoyance when getting used to working with the platform).

The user interface for both the members and admin is clean, intuitive and easy to use. Lastly, the support is excellent.

Very connect were the eventual winners, based on value for money, functionality and ease of use.

Additionally, the Address Book is excellent for searching through members and the map is a great visualisation - especially for a group like ours who have members all over the world.

VeryConnect provide consistent support, help and advice to our small team of staff and are always helpful and provide us with suggestions and other options which help use immensely.

The platform is very flexible in terms of the ability to customize features and add functionality as time goes on.

Being able to do this based on feedback from the members has had a big impact on our ability to improve member retention and grow the business.

The blogs are popular and give our Scholars an opportunity for reflective learning. Customer support is swift and any questions we've had have been answered quickly.

Clear communication with no surprises. Problems are solved quickly and the response time is great despite the time zone differences.

VeryConnect has also been very helpful in setting up all the membership tiers we required and we have upgrade/downgrade options planned for the future so everything is fully automated.

It's a shame that the product is no longer located in our county.

However, as the software is in the constant development I have no doubt that it will improve in the near feature.

The ability to seamlessly integrate ISSUU has been fantastic, and our members really love the 'Address Book' feature as  a means to network with other professionals within the industry.
