The software is so good and overall, I am quite satisfied to know that every business can be optimized for their own search process. I am happy to know that Amazon is thinking always in their customers.

The best thing I can say about this product is how easy it is to use. All Amazon products are amazing and are so easy to use, so it was expected in this case. I have been using for more than a year and definitely it is so good. I love how it helps a lot of people for their search solution.

Definitely I do not have anything bad to say about it, I have always been someone that truly trusts every Amazon product and this is not the exception. I am really glad for this software.

As a small business owner in a niche demographic, I struggle to really think outside the box with my products. Sure, I know that I have a Rose Quartz and Hematite bracelet, and that it's great for loving, calming energy and grounding. But potential visitors won't know to search for any of that. I have documents uploaded that let them search for a stone or a "meaning", and they can find what will work best for them, but they have to scroll the entire thing, and it is cumbersome. Utilizing Amazon Cloud Search, they are able to quickly search the documents to find what stone they need to look for, or to gather information for a custom order, so the hard work is not placed on the shoulder of the customers. I really like the ability to add more advanced fields for searching, and to customize the data you input to give things a personal touch.

One thing I wish is that the cost wasn't dynamic. It's very hard to pinpoint how much you will spend here. Since it goes by active searches, the small price quote you get in the beginning will skyrocket if you have more search data for a certain month, or you have bandwidth issues. You should be able to set a maximum price you can spend, and have it autoscale up to that level, and then send you a warning or something to check what traffic of searches are bogging down your site, or to increase your maximum cost limit.

What I liked most about amazon was the understanding of how to interact with customers, it is a very exemplary platform, it provides excellent customer service with a lot of dedication.

What I least liked about amazon was the delay in answering me when I urgently needed to be answered on the phone when I called the company.

I like that even if you dont know much about software or backend you can find the information you look for easily or ask the team to modify the information like with quicksight, also its so safe to use it like your data services

We got Aws Credits when we completed startup School under YC. We used it for our last startups.though I am not a tech guy but I can give a balanced feedback. - Easy onboarding (No problem faced by our team in setting up) - relatively good customer support. - enhanced our site performance

Nothing as such. Rather AWS is doing a great work by supporting startups. If Th er customer response is a bit more fast and a support for non-tech guy when they get started will be beneficial.

I like that it's a very reliable software to use.

I don't like the interphase, it could be cleaner.
