I found myself needing to move web-hosts, and wished to dump my backups and files on S3 before transferring to another web-host. I wanted an FTP to S3 bridge, MultCloud provided it.

In order to download from S3, you're downloading through MultCloud rather than downloading directly. This isn't for average Joe, you need to have familiarity of cloud security permissions (i.e. IAM for AWS) and have a basic understanding how the different platforms work. I purchased the lifetime license based on high hopes of powerful yet simple implementation. Unfortunately, the system is not completely reliable and the support desk is many time zones away and ineffective.

Ease of integration across wide variety of cloud sources along with ease of establishing tasks is very positive.

Tasks may stop unexpectedly without registering outcomes in logs. For larger jobs, if a Task stops without explanation, the user has no idea of where to restart the activity. Help Desk response was basically to perform ctrl-alt-del. Unacceptable.

Very positive. Have been using for years and think it is well worth the investment to know that my cloud (and backup cloud!) is running smoothly.

Has always worked pretty much flawlessly for me to keep my cloud storage in sync. I've done everything from syncing company Google Drive and Dropboxes with it (as part of my previous jobs - a team of devs couldn't script a better solution!), to using it for my own needs to automatically push a FTP folder to an S3 bucket for automatic archiving. Highly recommended.

Because every cloud storage platform has slightly different architecture, it sometimes takes a little bit of playing around with settings to figure out what to use to get the exact functionality you require. Also, I did not find the support particularly helpful and the UI is quite outdated.

I am very happy to find the great service like MultCloud that makes my lots of task done without much effort.

MultCloud helps me keep my clouds and ftp synchronized even I am offline. Just connect the two drives and let the MultCloud do all the job. Easy to transfer and even if the transfer fails(which is rare) I can check the log for the failure and fix it for later transfer. Thanks to MultCloud for providing the awesome service to backup few of our website files and MySQL database in Google Drive and One Drive.

Few of the files are not supported while in transfer causing the failure. I wish those unsupported files gets skipped to make the transfer successful with the log of list of files those are skipped.

Es gab massive Schwierigkeiten bei der Einbindung meines NAS - sowohl FTP als auch WebDAV waren problematisch. Ich verstehe, dass technische Probleme auftreten können, aber die Tatsache, dass ich nirgendwo eine brauchbare Hilfe finden konnte, war ein enormer Frustrationspunkt.Ich habe versucht, über die auf ihrer Website angegebene Support-E-Mail Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber meine E-Mail wurde direkt mit einer Fehlermeldung von Gmail zurückgewiesen. Das fehlende Engagement, um Kunden bei Problemen zu unterstützen, war eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.Zusammengefasst, scheiterte MultCloud an der Erfüllung seiner zentralen Versprechen - einem effizienten und reibungslosen Cloud-Transfer - und ließ mich ohne jegliche Unterstützung zurück. Bei einem Produkt, das in erster Linie dazu dient, den Technikstress zu reduzieren, führte es paradoxerweise nur zu noch mehr Frustration.

Overall, the experience is erratic. On some occasions it is smooth. In other times it can be frustrating.

With this tool, you can manage multiple services from a single centralized location. The two advantages are the ability to transfer files directly between different cloud storage services without having to first download them to your computer and then upload them again, and the wide range of available cloud storage options to choose from.

Frequently, real-time synch tasks may fail, leaving us with no choice but to manually synch the failed tasks. In some cases, there may be no viable recovery option, therefore needs to start the process over.

上記の改善点を何とかしない限り、友人・知人には薦められない。（４を除いて）これでなぜ米国でサービスが受け入れられたのか不思議だ。

かなり多い。 １）エラーが無暗に多く、数日とか数週間掛けても中々バックアップが進捗しない ２）勝手に余計なフォルダを間に挿入してしまうので、意図するフォルダ構造にならない ３）Cloud BackupでもCloud Transferでも、コピーしたファイルに自動的にバージョン番号を付加する（⇒ Backupするたびに全部コピーすることになりそう。かといって一つひとつバージョン番号部分を削除するのは非常に面倒） ４）提示されているサポートのメールアドレスは日本語が使えない（ややこしい症状を伝えるのは厄介）

Abysmal. The support kept asking me to restart my task, that at their snail transfer rates would take two months to complete. They refused to refund my money as the duration of the task put me outside of the refund window.

The service does NOT transfer the data consistently. It started skipping files about 20 days and 30% into running my transfer task with no alerts. If I had not caught it by sheer chance, I would not have realized that it did not accurately copy my data.

I paid $130 to migrate a lot of data from one cloud to another. The migration didn't work (kept stopping after about 50GB) and I tried multiple workarounds, troubleshooting for a few days. Then I contacted customer service and they suggested it was the fault of the clouds I subscribe to (not the case) or my fault (also not the case). After arguing with me for weeks and refusing to give me a refund, I gave up trying. These guys do not care if their service doesn't work for you (trying to do exactly what they advertise they CAN do) and you'll never see your money again. Very sketchy and unethical.

Not only did it not work, but I never got my money back.

Ich erachte das als keine zuverlässige Software für den professionellen Einsatz. Der sogn. Kundenservice beantwortet Fragen nur partiell. Insgesamt ein sehr negativer Eindruck.

Einfache Verwendung, sonst kann ich wirklich nichts positive sagen.

Die Software ist partiell unzureichend und nicht in der Lage die Zusicherung, nämlich den Datentransfer zwischen zwei clouds, zu erledigen. Das erfährt man aber erst wenn man sich an den support wendet. Ich habe für Datentransfer Mengen gezahlt, die überhaupt nicht erfolgt sind. Das ist - in meinen Augen - wenig seriös.
