Great for complimenting existing Google Workspace administration - managing Onboarding / Offboarding of users, nice UI and easy to use.

The interface of the product is extremely slick and easy to follow. The product does work as advertised.

The migration process takes long time. I have some problem in setup.

It has been a great experience, the company behind this app has great knowledge about Google's environment and API use to enable features that are helpful to speed up admin tasks and save time.

Found that this software has been quite easy to use, and gives good reporting at the end as to what did and didn't get migrated.

From an administrator/implementation, I enjoy the domain insights and the ability to have smart groups.

The speed of the migration is limited by thread, so it takes the same amount of time to move 1 user as it does to move 20, which is a little odd.

The software was easy to set up and was extremely effective at background migrations.

Possibly the worst support experience with any paid company that I've ever experienced.

User Management (Provision and De provisioning workflows are great). It has some security insights that are basic but very helpful to trigger a more in depth security review.

Effective for completing migrations from a variety of sources to varied destinations. The documentation is well written and the interface is effective and simple.

Licensing issue can be annoying, Customer Support delay since it is in UK can take few hours.

That means, there is a block of time 8-48 hours minimum that may miss messages.

Migration history randomly disappears from the portal and can't be retrieved - support confirmed this. Migration jobs can often fail frequently forcing the administrator to closely monitor the jobs.

The strong point of the solution is that it allows to solve a migration need with the big advantage in terms of time.

The Web UI design, easy of use, the functionalities that are needed and available for each of use cases.

The flexibility to use hosted or self-hosted solutions, which are both affordable and attractive, depending on the source requirments.

Plus Degoo wifi is great for users that wants to use the internet and be unseen this is another plus for the developers. Degoo software works well.

I think you can't... but this may have changed by now. I loved how it was written everywhere that my stuff would be forever stored, as long as I checked in once or twice a year.

Overall Degoo is great and a good value for the money. I have a great place to store things in a cloud service, but I do feel they have a bit of room for growth with the app and upload speeds.

As a private user with a big library Degoo is perfecto to store my books. Being able to download them to my book reader is great.

I emailed customer support after experiencing the dreadful upload times.

Degoo allows access to information both on your PC / MAC and on your phone as long as you have an Internet connection. Possibility to encrypt a file in the interface (double security).

One of the best free options for backing up personal files and one of the cheapest for larger files.

Even people with premium membership have got this problem and some of them didn't even upload any songs/videos with names that could have such copyright.

I uploaded a Christmas song that we had played for the church and got a warning and challenged the same to avoid account deletion.

I also appreciate the automatic backup and synchronization features, which make it easy to keep my files up to date and accessible from anywhere.

The desktop client is clunky. Most importantly, the upload speeds were unacceptable.

The interface is polluted. Many buttons overlap (and I have 3 iPhones of different versions).

It's been a breeze to use, and save things that are major to save in my company, customer service is great helpful and gets back to you right away.

I'd say it was excellent when there was no size limit.

What I like most about this is that tons of free storage is offered for free and you can earn more storage by watching ads (the best option), installing and playing some games (it's not recommended).

You should avoid uploading music covers or naming your files after songs that are famous, else the bot would send you warning on copyright infringement. You are allowed to challenge this only once.

From my point of view there is no deficiency in this software.

Value for money and the speed at which uploads operate, on my internet it utilises 90% of the upload bandwidth.

For me at least, the mobile app is really hard to navigate. It seems that you cant just search through specific folders and locate files, but rather only through uploads by date.

This is a great cloud storage solution, really simple to set up and easy to use.

There was no download/streaming size limit for your own files.
