Full of features for an all-encompassing business solution

The innovative modules of Asset Data Manager have enabled our business to move with the times and streamline our marketing & valuation process.

PROS

We have found ADM to be a very powerful product that integrates our contacts, assets, projects so gives us immediate access to current and historical data. The email marketing module lets us target specific assets to the right contacts using the inbuild category segmentation and we can even drill down to the state and city and we get campaign event tracking to know who has viewed what items. The level of detail that can be captured on an asset item is brilliant. From key identification data points through to service & maintenance history, images & documentation, the information is always available at our fingertips and we don’t need to try and remember where it is saved on our server, just search in ADM. Having the ability to create projects and assign tasks to our team has put the business focus back on team effort where we can all see what is happening at any point of time. Being able to assign assets and relevant key contacts to projects is something that we certainly could not function without. The best feature for our business is the webfeed. When we are ready to market an asset for sale, at one click of the button, it is published directly to our website - no need to double handle data or upload images. This functionality alone has reduced significant workload for our team.

CONS

None really. I suppose the only thing is that with the webfeed module we had couple of additional steps that needed to take place before it was active. This proved to be relatively easy in the end with a snippet of code that needed to be added to our website and the great thing was that ADM gave us the option to be able to assist with this if we couldn’t do this ourselves and if we didn’t have a website at all we could have had a landing page setup for our for sale page.
