Great platform for your real estate management needs!

My overall experience has been positive, and the team is easy to work with. The ConnectAD and Field Tech Connect applications they we currently use work without issue.

PROS

The team has existing knowledge of the industry and used that knowledge to help us design a solution that works for us. Their product offerings are built well and contain the functionality that we are looking for. At the same time, it is not complicated to use, making training easier for our technicians. I also like that they use agile in their development and implementation, so the process is familiar.

CONS

As I like that the ConnectAD uses a lean method for projects, Agile and Scrum is sometime difficult for traditional organizations that use more of a waterfall framework in managing and releasing products. There has always been a struggle to communicate between the two and set expectations for delivery dates.

Reason for choosing ConnectAD

Already contained all of the features that we were looking for and is used by others in the industry.

Real-time integration with the FTC mobile app

The software team was very experienced and responsive to our integration needs.

PROS

We needed to create a custom interface but all of the FTC mobile data now updates our database the exact same way our legacy mobile app performed updates. We did not need to change our client application.

CONS

Our custom integration needs required significant work but that was expected.

Best solution to manage all my subcontractors!

PROS

Field Tech Connect is the best way to manage my subcontractors, provide proof they are on-site and providing the services needed. All in real-time! ConnectAD easily integrated into our current WOM platform making adoption seamless and virtually headache free.

CONS

Not much to say here. ConnectAD has all the features that I need for my business.
