Automation, AI, customization, and quick reaction by support teams. Most items are corrected or completed while still on call with support team. Their communication is aggressive which is needed by most businesses.

Effective Asset Tracking Software and Simple to use CMMS

A very strong and user-friendly CMMS application. I've been using DreamzCMMS for a year, and it's generally positive and worth a look. Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance has been fantastic. Your system is helping us keep our customer assets in good condition.

PROS

The ability to configure asset bin locations and mapping, which aids in preventative maintenance. The user experience is relatively simple. Also, your support response times are excellent.

CONS

Some of the Tasks pages user interface could possibly be enhanced and improved.
