My Review
It has been a good experience as the system is fairly stable.
PROSThe software is user friendly, it has a suit of functionalities that are relevant to our business, like WO management.We are aware that we can integrate it with our current ERP.
CONSThe reports from the system are very bad. They are difficult to analyse and do not make sense.The AMC is astronomically expensive. The developer did not bother to visit us and understand our businessThe virtual implementation was slow and quite ineffective and availability of the implementation team in our premises would have saved both companies money and time.
