More than just software

Reduced facilities head count, better visibility of statutory compliance and awesome vendor management

PROS

This is not just software. It has a Helpdesk that effectively acts as a facilities PA. They take the calls a field them to either a contractor to get jobs done or facilities managers for more action. Numerous applications within the software. This Is the market leader in the UK with more than 20,000 buildings under their control. Clients like JLL, CBRE, Cush Wake. Fantastic pricing model.

CONS

Not big in the US yet. Other than that not got much to say.

Excellent experience for our customers

As a CAFM system, Elogbooks has the functionality we need, whilst the Elogbooks helpdesk integration adds to the service exponentially. The price point is also very competitive.

PROS

The white-labelled helpdesk means our customers get excellent support from industry professionals who act as an extension of our company and brand.

CONS

So far, we have no complaints. The platform offers everything we need.

Listen to feedback and develop solutions

Fantastic service, the help desk are very supportive and make life for facilities managers much easier.

PROS

They are continuing to grow the product offering, launching new modules and adding new functionality continuously. They listen to feedback and develop solutions. They also intergrate with other platforms and software through open API.

CONS

Version 2 of the software works slightly differently to V1 thus requires training but the training is delivered well and is easy to understand.
