PROS

Ease of us for the drivers and the lack of hardware maintenance.

CONS

Initial integration took longer than expected but the final product is great!

Excellent product

The software works great for our service to our customers. The people are easy to work with. [sensitive content hidden] is an excellent Representative and is always available if I have questions or need help. My experience has been nothing but Positive.

PROS

this helps communicate with the customer without having to talk or email. Easy to use and efficient for our application.

CONS

Experienced a few glitches at the beginning. Once these glitches were fixed no issues.

Engage has helped with allowing our company to use proper codes and update Tribal information that we were previously lacking.

PROS

Very easy to use. Straight forward and easy to get in contact with help if need be.

CONS

The errors we find are not because of engages system. Its usually human error during input.

Facturation en ligne facile

ENGAGE peut s'utiliser dans plusieurs domaines et fournit un excellent service. Je suis satisfait de cet outils

PROS

Dans toutes les fonctionnalités de cette application j'ai le mieux apprécié la facturation en ligne. Il est facile et permet d'obtenir et renseigner sur la facture plusieurs informations déjà connu du client déjà enregistré dans notre base de données et tout ça de façon personnalisée.

CONS

J'ai pris un peu plus de temps que prévu à implanter l'outil dans notre entreprise car la formation n'était pas acquise mais à présent tout vas bien.
