Excellent product
The software works great for our service to our customers. The people are easy to work with. [sensitive content hidden] is an excellent Representative and is always available if I have questions or need help. My experience has been nothing but Positive.
PROSthis helps communicate with the customer without having to talk or email. Easy to use and efficient for our application.
CONSExperienced a few glitches at the beginning. Once these glitches were fixed no issues.

Facturation en ligne facile
ENGAGE peut s'utiliser dans plusieurs domaines et fournit un excellent service. Je suis satisfait de cet outils
PROSDans toutes les fonctionnalités de cette application j'ai le mieux apprécié la facturation en ligne. Il est facile et permet d'obtenir et renseigner sur la facture plusieurs informations déjà connu du client déjà enregistré dans notre base de données et tout ça de façon personnalisée.
CONSJ'ai pris un peu plus de temps que prévu à implanter l'outil dans notre entreprise car la formation n'était pas acquise mais à présent tout vas bien.
