PROSWas a great decision to implement field circle for our service and Maintaince management needs. Some biggest benefits are-highly configurable and that was helpful in optimizing it for our processes.

Field Circle is One of the Best Decisions We've Made for Our Business!
We required a lot of customizations being that we work in a niche part of the Medical Device industry. We work on equipment vital for procedures such as trauma & elective surgeries, as well as pain management. We keep the docs going. The Field Circle Team greatly accommodated our needs and asks. The communicate progress within the process well as we've come along. My customers are impressed with our service reports thanks to the FC Team!
PROSThe ease of use, mobility, responsiveness of the support team, and the fact it serves as CRM & Field Service Management in one package.
CONSThere's not much that I don't like about it. I feel like if I want to see change, the support staff is friendly and approachable enough to where we'd work things out.

Field Circle is a relatively hassle-free piece of software that may be applied to a variety of industries. Also, this software integrated with our industry integration so effortlessly, we are very much satisfied.
PROSIn our sector, we employ Field Circle in areas like sales, production, warehouse, and inventory. This software made it very simple for our sales representatives to create sales orders with a numerous of options. Our backend team can also simply track their whereabouts, attendance, visits, and daily expenses.Also, our production and warehouse crew values using Field Circle Software so much, they can't go an hour without using it.
CONSThere are just a few improvements that they can develop, such Large Inventory Management, Offline Mode, and others, and there are no significant concerns about the software.

Usage of FC and feedbacks
We are using FieldCircle for more than 1 year and we are getting better technical support in the event of any issues.
PROSIt is easy to use and user friendly . Our front line field technicians are also able to use this product .
CONSIt is better to improve dashboard features so that we can access and monitor overall performance . Refer to work order checklists , can make some items in the checklist to appear in Quarterly bases / Bi annually automatically ?

They are kind, personable, and supportive. It was a pleasure setting up the software and they are always improving it even more so to meet their customers needs.
