The UI was great and integrations were nice. Overall, everything was really simple to use and set up.

I hate when I print proposals the page breaks horribly in the middle of sentences and photos.

I haven't been in business super long yet, but I knew I wanted to be organized from the getgo. HoneyBook has been AMAZING for that.

Honeybook is very easy to use and the UI is beautiful. They provide a lot of great built in resources, like example contract templates.

Software is very easy to use. Customer service is great and it's a great way to stay organized.

I love everything about HB and I love that they are always trying to improve and help in any way they can.

It's just been wonderful. Once I sat down and spent the time to set everything up the way it suited my business, I couldn't be more happy.

Honeybook is a great price, easy to use, has great customer service, and has lots of great ad one. The set up process is so easy for anyone.

The ONLY things I dislike about the software are very minor.

The only complaint I have is that you can’t access all the same features and do all the same things on the Honeybook app as you can on a computer.

I have loved Honeybook since I first downloaded it...Customizing everything was easy and FUN. Any time i had questions customer service was super fast and nice...which makes everything easier.

Definitely worth the investment in hours it’s saved me from hunting down emails and drafting contracts.

The interface is perfect, too. Friendly, but not too 'bubbly', so you still feel like a professional.

Tasks which are now automated I no longer have to keep worrying about completing, my business now is quite streamline.

I LOVE the referral program as well, the commission is beautiful. It's not only user friendly but the customer service has always been top notch as well.

Luckily I had bookmarked HoneyBook and was able to get setup super quickly and start sending out professional looking proposals and contracts in only a few hours.

But my clients love it to, and I’m able to make every client, regardless of their billable worth, feel as important as they are.

I dislike that almost everything requires a fee. As an independent photographer it is difficult to pay money up front and would rather have a basic free plan to start.

It is so easy to use and my clients like it as well. It has made staying organized so much easier for me and there are so many features that are helpful for people in the wedding industry.

When I was using it, I had a bit of trouble opening of attachments such as pdfs.

Ease of use, basic setup and easy to navigate with robust options for integrations and connecting all of my online tools.

No way to take notes on questionnaires. No way to add multiple templates to 1 email.

Overall, this software has been the best investment for my small design company of one. HB customer service is stellar, and I can only imagine that it will continue improving.

I like that I can have all of my invoices in one place, it helps me take care of my taxes and allows me to track my income. My favorite thing is the brochure I've created.

I like the ease of seeing the pipeline and where I'm at with my bookings. I like the daily reminders to follow up on my clients.

Just that it’s missing an employee portal with scheduling employees as an option.

Light and easy user interface, works well as an IT helpdesk ticketing system. Patching works well and I like the simplicity of the application.

I like how we can run scripts, check software on each computer and implement custom attributes and comments in our computer information.

The back-end seems a bit dated. Foreign language implementation has been an issues for years, there are options but up until now, it hasn't been working well.

There is no unity between the different modules, other than the color scheme of the UI.

Product was easy to use. I enjoyed the reporting that was able to be generated.

My overall experience with Kace is pretty positive. There are some quirks as there is with any software, but for the most part, it is reliable for what I need to do on a daily basis.

Kace agents sometimes just stop working, but I set alerts what that happens on the servers.

I had a hard time with integration of pxe boot in my organization.

Internal ticketing system and integrates well with other support applications.

The vulnerability scanning section is difficult to use and has not seen much improvement recently. This is really the only major function of KACE that we do not use.

Highly recommend this product. It is one of our most trusted tools.

A good platform at an appropriate price, which can be relied upon to accomplish a lot of administrative matters.

Overall, the application has limited functionality and works as a basic IT ticketing system. The frequent alerts about restarting the system after the patching is annoying.

Notifications and reports. I don't deal with Service Desk directly, but I love it.

It gets the job done so if you need less options and features it could save you some money. Depends on needs, we're phasing it out.

The thing I liked the most about KACE was the ease of use.
