The UI was great and integrations were nice. Overall, everything was really simple to use and set up.

I hate when I print proposals the page breaks horribly in the middle of sentences and photos.

I haven't been in business super long yet, but I knew I wanted to be organized from the getgo. HoneyBook has been AMAZING for that.

Honeybook is very easy to use and the UI is beautiful. They provide a lot of great built in resources, like example contract templates.

Software is very easy to use. Customer service is great and it's a great way to stay organized.

I love everything about HB and I love that they are always trying to improve and help in any way they can.

Honeybook is a great price, easy to use, has great customer service, and has lots of great ad one. The set up process is so easy for anyone.

The ONLY things I dislike about the software are very minor.

The only complaint I have is that you can’t access all the same features and do all the same things on the Honeybook app as you can on a computer.

I have loved Honeybook since I first downloaded it...Customizing everything was easy and FUN. Any time i had questions customer service was super fast and nice...which makes everything easier.

The interface is perfect, too. Friendly, but not too 'bubbly', so you still feel like a professional.

I LOVE the referral program as well, the commission is beautiful. It's not only user friendly but the customer service has always been top notch as well.

I dislike that almost everything requires a fee. As an independent photographer it is difficult to pay money up front and would rather have a basic free plan to start.

It is so easy to use and my clients like it as well. It has made staying organized so much easier for me and there are so many features that are helpful for people in the wedding industry.

No way to take notes on questionnaires. No way to add multiple templates to 1 email.

I like that I can have all of my invoices in one place, it helps me take care of my taxes and allows me to track my income. My favorite thing is the brochure I've created.

The MYOB integration and comprehensive modules selection made us feel that Tall Emu was the perfect, and obvious choice for our business for now and as our company grows.

The icons are grouped together with heading allowing to quickly find and use the functions. Consistency of the features between the different tabs making it very simple and easy to train team members.

Over the years I have tried a number of CRM systems and always found them frustrating to use, unreliable and difficult to customise.

The CRM functionality of this program includes most of the basics, this program began its life as a reasonable CRM, development towards intended ERP functionality has however rendered it unstable.

Experience has been very positive. From onboarding to implementation and daily use it's been great.

Flowing information between customers, companies and accounting packages without having to re-enter or have complicated integrations has been fantastic.

The ongoing development and enhancement plans that Tall Emu are working on are cutting edge and we look forward to adopting these as they are deployed.

It can be glitchy every now and then with MYOB crossover. Also some of the information provided is hard to find re BOM's and setting them up properley.

Functionality, ease of use and work-ability are basic expectations, the team at Tall Emu provide a service to back up their product that it first class.

The amount of data that can now be exported out of this system is amazing, and has allowed our business to analyse this data, and make firm decisions in the right direction going forward.

General layout and functionality - great to use, powerful while still being simple and clean. Customisation - CSR and the team go above and beyond to customise for our needs.

The attitude can be a little defensive and you'll be asked to replicate the problem on-screen with their support personnel remotely watching before they take you seriously.

Tall Emu has an intuitive interface that helps increase office productivity. CTI integration works well and is great to track any inbound/outbound call made within the business.

Sales Reporting is quite flexible and any data recorded can usually be transformed into intuitive and helpful reports.

We love the CTI telephone integration and the ability to track calls and update contacts on a real time basis. We have used the system for fax campaigns and are starting telemarketing campaigns.

I liked using Tall Emu however due to decisions higher up the chain, we moved to different CRM. Tall Emu as simple and easy to use.

Good experience - without wanting to sound too jingoistic fantastic to have an Australian product of this quality in the market at a price that is accessible for small business.
