Easy to set up, Itemtopia allows you to add buildings and all the assets within each building. Assets can be categories (see right side of screen) by the type of equipment, who has it, and all the details about each item.

Exactly what I needed to help me manage my home and office! Only app I need.

A simple solution that gives me everything I need without being unnecessarily complicated.

PROS

App allows me to manage everything from my home life to business, in one place, while keeping the information separate. The ability to have spaces for different locations is extremely helpful, and the ability to customize fields and expenses allows me to craft the app to work exactly as needed. Super impressed!

CONS

Took a bit to get used to how it work, however support was helpful when I had questions.

Too expensive and did not give me enough features - also did not like the UI.

Asset Management which is Simple, yet Customizable

Staff never needed training as it's a very easy system, and it allows easy customization. It's not overwhelming and anyone can use it.

PROS

Remarkably easy to use, we were using it day one. We have added all our equipment and building assets, while attaching receipts and notes to each item and share details with staff or clients. The flexibility has allowed us to customize fields for varying asset types. Job site and staff equipment lists are easily maintained so we get a visual view of where everything is or the status of equipment.

CONS

While you can view and export a PDF of the different reports, we must use the export to CSV option in order to further customize the data as we want a very specific look, so this takes a bit longer to do.
