Great Asset Management Software!

Very happy with K12 Asset Pro. It makes managing out assets much easier. Checking out chromebooks to students is SO much easier now. It's all very intuitive and much more modern feeling than some of the other software we use in the district. Their customer support team has been super responsive and great to work with as well.

PROS

Easy to learn, very intuitive, the whole district can use it, clean design. It made specifically for schools so it has everything we need already built in. Overall my biggest "pro" is that it's easy!

CONS

It's a new software I needed to learn, but it wasn't that hard and it's MUCH better than our old system.

Exactly What I Needed

Experience so far has been amazing! It is nice to use a product that makes it easy for me totrack all assets, and when I do have any questions or staff needs training, the Divot Assetsteam is always available. I am very impressed by their work ethic.

PROS

We were looking for something to streamline our asset management process with a super easyto use system and that is exactly what Divot Assets did. K12 Asset Pro allows me to accuratelytrack the location, users and conditions of all assets.

CONS

I have not yet had any issues with K12 Asset Pro.
