The back end system is sometimes difficult to get the type of reports we wanted. However Ben and his team have allways developed and implemented what ever reporting we required.

It is a very 'pretty' package which helps when we are presenting it to clients on how we can use this too to meet their requirements.

There are some features that are badly needed that were overlooked when the software was made. They are working hard to incorporate them however.
