Facility Work Order solution

We use M1Encompass for work order management for our hospital in both environmental services and engineering.

PROS

M1Encompass offers a lot of features and functionalities within their various modules. Implementation process was fairly easy we just needed to provide them the data to import/setup. Support is responsive within 1 - 2 days.

CONS

The thing I like least about M1Encompass is the reporting capabilities.

Reason for choosing M1Encompass

We already had M1Encompass in use for environmental services and it was easy to turn our engineering module back on since we used in the past. It was a quick fix and easy for us to re-implement.

Reasons for switching to M1Encompass

We ended contract with a 3rd party vendor who was outsourced so lost access to Sprocket as well.

Great Product

We have had a great experience with M1Encompass.

PROS

I use M1Encompass daily, it is easy to use, it has a lot of capability, the employees can catch on quick how to use the program. We can keep up with our preventative maintenance easily and it is easy to add new equipment or schedules. Overall it is a good program.

Good for the money

Maintenance First is a good maintance program for a small company, but does not keep up with larger areas. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! Calls may or may not be returned, requests for service are ignored, and requests for changes are ignored. Reports are clunky and difficult to request.

Great system with a wide array of solutions. Some systems seem dated, as well as difficult to implement.

CONS

Maintence First - Productive Tool

PROS

The new changes to the webpage have improved the overall look and feel. The functionality of utilizing QR codes for various maintenance tasks is extremely helpful.

CONS

At first it was a little cumbersome, but now that we have been in it for awhile, and with the new GUI, it is easier to use.

We have been very pleased with the software. It does everything that we need.

The way the software is laid out is very logical and consistent.

CONS

It would be helpful to have had more extensive training year ago - we are currently going through in-depth training and the software has some amazing features.

I wish some features were combined. For example, the recurring job and the scheduling should be combined.
