All it has to offer the many features and allows me to chose whats best for us

Its a learning experience but is worth it

McCord Telematics has helped us improve our CSA score and has been beneficial in keeping our company in compliance.

PROS

Easy to navigate and I like how most areas auto populate.

CONS

At times when logging into a system it may take awhile for the system to upload. This holds the driver up from being able to do his job.

Good Product

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a big help on the phone and emails. He has been quick to respond and very helpful.

PROS

Just starting to use the equipment. It appears to be easy to log in and use and swap over to personnel conveyance when needed especially sense this truck will be used a lot for personnel use.

CONS

The program seems to run slow at times with a weak cell signal. Again I am just starting out and still learning the systems. The hardware installation was a challenge in the 1 ton pickup. There is not a lot of room using the convertor to the OBDII under the dash.

Reason for choosing McCord Telematics

I wanted the purpose built CPU.
