I began to use Mobility Work on June and now all of my workteam use it. Very simple, I can share my maintenance plan with others users and discuss with them about it.

Data is already in the solution thanks to the design built upon a social network approach.

Very difficult to say, maybe the fact that the application is not avaiable for microsoft smartphone.

There is no application for windows phone and blackberry. Sometimes companies have only blackberry.

The application is not in german. That is bad because some factory of my industrial group is in Germany.

Smooth and easy to use for all kind of users. Very reactive support, features come mostly from users reviews.

That's a very difficult question,  maybe that could be the size of the file that we can upload on the  word order ( 20 Mo / file ).

Important part is the ease of building a maintenance plan compare other sofware, and the bord of analytic tools.

We have starting using it 6 month ago for or Mining Company, and the result is awesome.

Agenda is a very nice feature enabling us to control accuratly Maintenance operations.

Search copy paste équipement is ultra fast. And you get the benefit of the experience of all the users that have used the same kind of equipments.

Every 2 weeks the app have an update, and that's great.

No training needed, the maintenance plan is very easy to use. It's like google : smart, easy to use and not expensive.

Also, a better integration for Quickbooks online. I'm scared to add this integration because it gets horrible reviews.

I have friends that use Square for their businesses and they are happy so overall it is worth the time to invest in the card readers.

I love that it will track my inventory, that I can sell offsite with it, I can customize discounts and tax rates.

Their support team is fantastic as well. When I've had to get in touch with them I got help quick and without hassle.

I try Squareup.com and it takes me to my Weebly dashboard. Very confusing and frustrating.

However, for the scanner to work, the terminal must be plugged into an outlet, which robs it of its portable nature. Additionally, adding inventory via the Terminal is cumbersome and slow.

Sometimes the system has a tendency to lag behind, and that can be an issue when there are multiple customers at a time.

A client purchased multiple packages totally thousands of dollars from my company, received the services, and then disputed the charges as 'unrecognized. I provided the following to square.

I'm not sure it justifies the monthly subscription price point.

Great experience overall, perfect for just about any small business.

Sometimes the card reader would take a few swipes to actually read the card, and customers would kinda worry I was charging them more than once.

Square permits fraudulent chargebacks against your company.

I love Square for Retail. It is really easy to use, and many people know how to use it already which is a plus.

I really enjoy the accounting features and Quickbooks integration that Square has. Additionally, it can be useful as well in calculating effectively sales tax.

At the end of the day, this shows a dollar amount for each seller. It's amazing and a small business godsend.

The ease of use for this product is amazing. I love how you can make a sale with the virtual terminal by either swiping a card or sending an invoice.

The biggest pro with this is there is no money fees. So if you do not use credit card transactions then this is perfect.

This is an awesome software. It has made paying for retail items feel very secure.

It is also difficult to add individual inventory items. Also the register display format is not customizable, you are limited to the defaults.

I had to sit with my bank to file a dispute with Square, put a hold on all charges by Square, and start using an entirely different payment processor just to avoid Square stealing my money.

The customer support is amazing and I get my money quickly after sales transactions.

Because of the versatility and ease of use, we do recommend it for small businesses.

I appreciate that this system exists for business owners as I use it often when shopping locally. I rarely carry cash around anymore, so it's super helpful to have a system like this to utilize.

Lots of options for taking payments. Good desktop dashboard for all your transactions and any open items.

Its like dummies for payment processing. Integration across platforms is great.

I like how easy it is to create a great looking online storefront. Clean and simple design options, easy to add/delete items, keep track of inventory, and an endless list of benefits.

I'm not sure why it does it, still haven't figured it out.

The retail setup has made keeping inventory easy along with sorting out sales taxes. The advantage of using AP on phone when not in store is extremely helpful and again very easy to use.
