Modus-O for the win!

The overall experience has been great. The productivity for our operations has drastically increased and allowed our firm to be more responsive to client needs. The customer service is excellent and responsive.

PROS

I like the platform's approach to asset, procedure and uncertainty management as well as being device/browser agnostic. This software can be used on any device suiting individual needs.

CONS

While the reporting package is good, I wish there could be a report builder or some method for additional reporting requirements.

Reason for choosing Modus-O

Overall functionality is far superior and flexible. Also, Modus-O is truly a web based product and can work on any device without limitation.

Reasons for switching to Modus-O

Modus-O allowed us to combine field service and calibration on a single platform. We were also able to easily integrate with our old ERP and new ERP with little effort. Thus, allowing our firm to have 360 degree view of the client.
