Helps manage workflow from multiple clients into one platform.

Helps us be more efficent by allowing us to spend less time in the office and more time in the field.

PROS

It is easy to assign workflow to sub-contractors in the field. Track photos, and invoicing. Make day to day operations easy to manage.

CONS

It's complex, so it take some time to learn how to use all the features. Teaching new users the options is time consuming. Would like more training videos available to share with users.

I liked the ability to organize everything for each job

Having the ability to attach all needed photos and info per job saving me from having to load everything later at home and try to remember what photo goes where and what for. Everything was done on site and closed job with everything on it needed to collect pay. That simple.

PROS

The ability to attach photos as you are working saving the time from loading all of the photos and info for them after you get home or after the work is done. It easy to use and the pictures don't end up taking up memory on my device because they are saved within the software.

CONS

Loading the pictures did take some time per picture depending on signal strength. I would take a photo or so and would look back after a view and one didn't properly save before I moved to the next picture.
