I have friends that use Square for their businesses and they are happy so overall it is worth the time to invest in the card readers.

I love that it will track my inventory, that I can sell offsite with it, I can customize discounts and tax rates.

Their support team is fantastic as well. When I've had to get in touch with them I got help quick and without hassle.

I try Squareup.com and it takes me to my Weebly dashboard. Very confusing and frustrating.

However, for the scanner to work, the terminal must be plugged into an outlet, which robs it of its portable nature. Additionally, adding inventory via the Terminal is cumbersome and slow.

Sometimes the system has a tendency to lag behind, and that can be an issue when there are multiple customers at a time.

I detest a few of the error messages given after endeavoring to checkout some inventory. The error messages may be a touch more particular and specific.

WebCheckout has really responsive and great customer support. Our back end team has always been able to relatively quickly setup integrations and make upgrades.

It is simplistic, not overly complex while still done. We have some fair sophisticated workflows and it accommodates them.

Webcheckout is a robust system that does an outstanding job managing a large inventory of equipment.

We have several departments using this system with the library as the main user in our college. The customer service is great and they always respond in a timely and friendly manner.

There are some things that webcheckout does really well. I love that it syncs with Active Directory and the reporting they do is also very nice.
