Back bone of the business

Just what I needed.

PROS

Having a single place to store vital business data on past, current and future works with all information at the touch of a button...it’s a game changer for us! We’ve been using workever for a while now and even though the system in itself is worth every penny, it’s their customer service and attention to users that beats all competition.

CONS

Takes a little getting used too at first as its not as immediately intuitive as other versions. For smaller companies, it’s best to be run using the web based version on a pc, laptop or tablet etc

I would definitely recommend using Workever

Overall it's a great product, and it continues to evolve, we will definitely continue using this product for the coming years.

PROS

It works perfectly for us as we need a solid system in place as we do multiple jobs in one day, with multiple engineers, and we need an efficient end to end process to quote, schedule and invoice work. This ensures this process and nothing falls through the cracks!

CONS

IMO there are improvements that can be made however every business is different and what works for us may not work for someone else. There are a few processes that could be simplified there are a few things we have to manually input that could possibly be automated, but generally speaking its pretty good!

Reason for choosing Workever

Because its much more lightweight and cheaper than commusoft, I can't remember unfortunately why we chose it over jobber.

Good package and Easy to Use

Very happy for what we need for our company right now, new features have been added since we began using Workever that have enhanced the capabilities, as my company grows and needs change i hope the team at Workever keep updating to keep up with us.

PROS

Its very easy to use and self explanatory, can literally jump in and get set up and start your work flow

CONS

Needs additional work in invoicing areas, such as deposit functionally, pro forma invoicing etc. Also App needs updating and video upload feature to be added.

Look no further

I have been using Workever for over a year now. As an owner of an elevator business I know that not every trade works the same, however the flexibility of the Workever CRM can tailor any business to save time and money with invoicing and job management.

PROS

My biggest boast about this company is that their technical support team are immediately there to help in any aspect and areas to attend to any queries. I would not look pass this software package lightly.

CONS

Unfortunately I do not rate the mobile application highly. This said my area of trade is very uncommon and I can see that the team are working very hard to accommodate my needs.

Great Management and Project App

Very happy and impressed, this has removed a lot of stress from planning.

PROS

It is very easy to use. Tracking workloads and assigning work to field workers is great. Real-time updating on task lists is perfect for staying on target.

CONS

There arent really any for the purposes of the work we do

Fantastic System for Maintenance Work

Its totally changed they way in which we book jobs in, quote, invoice, do our accounts and all for the better. We would be totally lost without Workever now.

PROS

The system is really easy to use, it does exactly what we need it to do. We can add all our customers, add jobs, compose quotes and convert completed jobs to invoices. The invoices are all linked to our Xero account. Having the app is great for the engineers to use when out and about in the field. You can also download reports that you need and customise everything for your business needs. The customer service is excellent, when you have a query, you can access a customer service rep easily and they are always very efficient and getting back to you, I've never waited more that a few minutes for them to respond - 99% of the time with a solution.

CONS

Being able to link one customer to another - i.e we have each customers set up, but each site needs an individual account due to the way we invoice. However, at times I may have to change the email address / street address for a customer - this means going into each individual customer and changing it. It would be great if you could select just email address / street address and click change for all.

Great system for us

Excellent product that has improved our efficiency and pays for itself easily

We started using about 5 years ago after looking at a few similar models. The system is easy to use, very reliable with great customer service if there are any issues or any help needed to improve our use.

CONS

Nothing - I’m very happy with it so no complaints.

Good system that works for us

Very Happy, and have recommended to other who now use it.

Easy to use, and very reliable. Easy to raise jobs/quotes/invoices and making changes.

CONS

Haven't fully explored the maintenance functions, but from the little i have not sure how easy it is to use and implement.

PROS

Workever is a user friendly business system that incorporates everything from quoting, invoicing, on-site management of staff, stock levels, sales & purchasing.It cuts down the paper trail almost entirely. Everything is easily navigated and it is very well set out.

CONS

There are very few cons with regards to this system that I can actually complain about.

Workforce Review

PROS

This software is easy and intuitive to use. It is essential for my timekeeping for my job. The ability to transfer between hourly codes is streamless and saves time.

CONS

The only thing I would like to change is a more seamless way to go back and forth between the web clock and time card. I often switch between the two, so having a link to either on both interfaces would be great.

It's great to use once you get in the habit of using it

Over all it was a good experience and would recommend for anyone who has a large team that they need to manage. Especially in the marketing/communications field.

PROS

Workforce is a great program to keep track of all of the team members progress on a project. I worked in a team with members in Kansas, Montana and Colorado. Workforce helped us all keep track with progress and tasks.

CONS

It was hard to get into the habit of checking in with Workforce to keep it up-to-date. It would be nice if there were some kind of plug-in to keep track of progress as you work.

Great customer service

PROS

Creating jobs and booking them in, managing their progress through to invoicing, and then invoicing itself. The system works well for this, and the customer support when there are small glitches and problems is fast and responsive.

CONS

Some areas are designed in a way that they cannot be tailored to work better for a business. Ironically the tailoring tools are there, but are technically structured in such a way that in order to create more bespoke booking forms we have to lose all of our historical booking forms. Quite infuriating as it means these are services we can never use, and I struggle to see how they would be something anyone could consider implementing had they not had the foresight to know exactly what would work perfectly and implement it from day 1.

Does the job

PROS

After years of searching finally we ended up using Workever which we do not regret. It is easy to use, no training needed but for advanced users there are hidden gems as well. Support is responsive, uptime is brill. The software has tons of features and you can easily switch them on and off depending on what you need. Despite of this software is meant for generic use you can still tailor it to your needs. Also the software offers integrations (Xero, Stripe) which makes life easier. We have high expectations but Workever delivers. If there is a missing feature you can also request it to be put on their roadmap and at some point you will have it.

CONS

There is always a place for improvement and Workever is working hard to deliver. Apart from minor glitches Workever is a reliable software. If you know how to use it you will get the result you need.

A well deserved solutions just basing on its customers support

Definitely a go try and recommended solutions and they are still constantly improving

PROS

The customer support is second to none. I never ever experienced such a great online customer support. I hope it will remain in times to come. Of what you want from a field management software, it's most likely to be there.

CONS

The internal navigation within customer to invoice to quotation probably need to be rethink on to improve on ease of use for users, readily and easily accessing information from all level. Quote, Invoice pdf design can be much better, but I learn to live with it. Just probably take some pointers from app like Xero

100’s of features

My experience is that we have a very productive office and field service and has dramatically reduced time and stress.

PROS

With steady growth and incline in customers, we approached Workever. We rapidly went from dis-organised excel files to one centralised, organised system that our entire enterprise now operates on. There are 100’s of features that saves hours/days of administration including seamless integration with Xero. The Workever team are always on hand to answer my questions and even have implemented design changes to meet our specific requirements. Cannot fault this system, Company and it’s dedicated staff. I would 100% recommend.

CONS

There are some features that might not specifically work with our operations, although we understand that actually it cannot fully accommodate every single requirement. Not too much of an issue though.

Mostly Easy to Use

I love this for clocking in and out and keeping track of my tasks.

PROS

I like that I can clock in and out from home easily and that I can leave notes in my clock-in times so I remember what tasks I was working on.

CONS

I don't like that you can only review 2 weeks at a time without saving it, and that when I leave the page, the clock-in views jump back to the most recent day. This is difficult when trying to compare time-keeping clocks with tasks.

Great for maintenance job management

A great tool for electrical contractors

Its been the best and easy to use software for us an electrical contractors. A get an install overview of day to day operations of the business anytime and anywhere.

Brilliant software which changes your life and the way you work

PROS

This software works out of the box, it allows us to log all of our customers and take signatures and evidence when a jobs completed. workever is our business without it we would be lost for sure

CONS
