It's user-friendly and comes with my recommendation. The great thing about this is that you can access all the pdf files in your folder from any device as long as you have the correct login credentials.

The user may choose from a number of different text and art tools. The program is quite lightweight, thus it loads and runs quickly on my PC. I really like the client and server side aspects of this program.

Inadequate effort was put on the documentation. The amount of documentation isn't sufficient to prevent the need to contact assistance.

RadaeePDF has been great to work with, and the customer support is top notch. When I've submitted bug reports, I've gotten very quick responses and often a new build to work with shortly after.

For most use cases, RadaeePDF SDK will cover everything that is needed to work with PDFs. The rendering is very fast, and the memory usage stays fairly low. There is great support for annotations, and they provide versions of their library for Android, iOS and Windows 10, which was extremely important for my business as I expanded to new platforms. The price is unbeatable for what you get.

One of the things that is missing from RadaeePDF (and is missing from most PDF libraries I've seen) is the ability to add compressed images to a PDF (using a lossless format such as CCITT4). This means that building a new PDF results in larger files that load slower compared to PDFs built with compressed images.

There was not anything that we needed this to do that it didn't excel at. For our project at least I can't offer much feedback here.

Positive; both in using the software and also customer support. When we have had specific issues with the product, the team has been very quick to respond and identify a workable solution. Particular praise to [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who treats you like his most important customer.

Once implemented and embedded in our App, the software is proving relatively straightforward to use by the users (who are not IT technicians or administrative users, they are field engineers). A variety of editing options are presented to the user, from text to drawing tools, so providing choice.

The toolbar that contains the editing tools is not the easiest user experience. Having to 'switch on' and 'switch off' tools to move to the next tool could be better implemented. Users should be able to click on one tool and then switch straight to another by clicking on the next one. The feedback from users concerning the 'free draw' tool is that it is "a bit light, almost translucent, so being able to make it darker would be desirable for those working outside in sunshine". Documentation may have improved since we implemented one year ago, but guidance was insufficient at that time, requiring we examined the code to figure out how to use it properly. Inexperienced coders could therefore struggle implementing this in their own Apps, as the lack of guidance creates a steep learning curve.

Editing PDF files can be accomplished easily with a load of free tools in this software. The installation process is easy and not full of bloatware that some PDF software always tries to push. The application is light and fast to run on my computer.

A full guidelines of user manual can be really useful for a new user. I have issues trying to pair the software with the document processor software that I use.
