I don't have any reason to hate or dislike this software actually. Unless its page load that sometimes takes more time than other website.

Ease of use is a great benefit. We've used other programs before for registration, and this is least clunky.

Their reach is far greater than mine is, as a small non profit, so their built in marketing and promotion is a true feature.

Great for the consumer because it is easy and right on your phone. Great for the hosts because you can keep track of everyone.

Many of the best events I've attended were found on Eventbrite. So having the opportunity to buy and sell with them was a great experience.

The cost - FREE - of course is great. The ability to create and collect custom fields of information.

I like how you can see all the events in your area and how it's easy to book tickets from eventbrite with the best prices.

It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong.

This can be a challenge for fake events or non-authenticated events that are selling tickets. Sometimes people will buy tickets to non-legitimate events and expect something else.

My experience with this App has been easy and amazing, I have found some great events going on in my area.

Anything you need to plan can be accomplished with Eventbrite. Its easy to use and create content that you will you will be very pleased with.

The only complaint is that sometimes it doesn't show that there are no more tickets available.

Generally, the feedback is about poor customer service and in some cases been victim of scams which were left unresolved by the Eventbrite team.

That however is very annoying and frustrating when you are on the go and just need to get the ticket right away.

One of our biggest complaints that caused a bit of disruption in our first event was that the table labels were too small for users to read, therefore they were moving around to the wrong tables.

Video conference tools were helpful, but networking was impossible. Remo gives an opportunity to feel like live networking.

An improved version of Sococo: good performance, great screen share and whiteboard, good user interface. Less stupid name as well.

Remo is the best tool we've researched that has helped us bring Networking back to our community.

Having people feel comfortable in a brand new space during difficult times is the only way to move forward. And the online environment is great to look at and fun to use.

Events are a huge part of our business, so when COVID-19 ended our ability to host them in person, we quickly had to pivot to virtual events.

We've been able to maintain and create new opportunities for networking. We've been able to create new revenue opportunities.

This helped us save a lot of events and revenue in 2020. Without Remo we don't know what we would have done - we simply didn't find another solution that fit our needs better than Remo.

The current noreply name turns people off and usually ends up in spam or junk. I think that would be a tremendous added feature to consider.

I was a user participating to several events up to 800 people and everything went fine. Though, I have no idea about value for money.

It is a friendly software, easy to handle, you can transfer files safely and it works on various devices.

It has had some glitches and sometimes it’s hard to jump table to table.

Remo recreated the in-person experience better than any other platform we reviewed and are really happy with it thus far.

No call in phone participation, which limits some participants from attending when they are not at computers.

It is also good experience working with someone who is based in Asia, so after my revision at night in Europe, the update got reflected in Remo, because of the efficient work.

I have been on many platforms -- all attempting to create a virtual conference and or meeting space, this is by far the worst of them all.

I love the fact you can have conversations at a table and the knock knock things is cute. Overall the platform is as if you are hosting a real life event, but via the comfort of your own home.

The private chat feature stopped working for many of our users during the conference.

The ability to network at the tables and the ability to customize the look and feel of the virtual space were big for me.

It's so easy to use and navigate, you can hop to other tables, different floors, and collaborate in a productive way. The recording ability, and the analytics on the back end are fantastic as well.

I loved the ease of use and the great features. It is easy to jump right in and create your first event.

Virtually separating floors create kind of a panic: if I move from my seat to another floor, will I find it empty again upon my return.

Remo provides the best audio and video quality of any platform we've used -- better than Zoom. The ability to switch rooms is also relatively seamless.

The other challenge is that speakers need to be savvy enough to set themselves onto broadcast, as there is no built-in functionality for av 'production.

I absolutely LOVE the ability to break a larger meeting into sub-meetings, discussions or tabletop conversations. In particular the ease of moving between groups is a valuable feature.

Their customer service team was incredibly attentive and responsive. Their virtual tours, strategy sessions and other training opportunities really helped us get the most out of the platform.
