Great Value for Restoration and Construction CRM
They are responsive and easy to talk to. When you need a change they can generally get it done!
PROSits fast to change from screen to screen, the Esign docs is also great!
CONSAutomation is all through an outside source like Zappier which is an additional fee.

Functionality of the product for restoration and construction and that it is customizable.
Reasons for switching to Albi
it was slow, Clunky, no open API's, would not make any changes to that system and since being bought out by Xactimate they haven't made any changes that were good.

Best restoration job management system out there!
Albi was easy to implement and we got buy in from our team almost instantly!
PROSIt blows all of its' competitors out of the park feature wise. Custom reporting engine, phone integration, almost all features available in the mobile app, etc.
CONSCertain features/placement of information that our team desires is not out yet. However, the team has been working diligently in honoring our requests.

MUCH easier to use. More integrations. Better product overall!

All of the above products were clunky and didn't have a mobile app that was friendly. They took forever to load, and in our time using them they didn't develop new features.

The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of Albi keeps relaying his message like a mantra. Albi is supposed to be a money-maker for us. Reality is quite different. In doing invoicing, we will not be able to use our current systems. They work, we get paid. Not so sure what will happen when the techs don't use Albi correctly. We keep training, and retraining, and still, no progress.
PROSWe are trying to bring our processes together into one process. When this occurs, it could be good for the company.
CONSThe software does not solve all problems.

Love it so far!
The people are amazing, the product is wonderful. So far so good
PROSIt's so flexible and can be personalized to how we choose to run our company. I love that they have thought of everything! They have a solution to keep track of anything we need to. The customer service is amazing, and I love that they are still working to improve what is already great. It gives me piece of mind that they will continue to grow as we do.
CONSIt's pricey, especially for a small company that is just starting out, we don't love that it's pay per user.

Up & Coming Must Have Product
They're super quick to respond and it sounds like they have a lot of things in the work. Overall, I'd say I'm happy we made the switch from Restoration Manager mostly because there wasn't a mobile app (worth a dang) available from RM.
PROSI love how easy it is to fine phone numbers and addresses while on the go to follow up with customers promptly.
CONSI'm not currently able to access customer information through the app for projects that have been closed, so following up with customers can be a real hassle if the project has been recently completed & closed. I also cannot access, or change the estimate or contract total for the customer through the app to add a change order or anything sold after the initial project is setup from a desktop computer.

Why AlbiWare is the correct choice in choosing a CRM
I’m happy about the decision to purchase this CRM
PROSVery user friendly, customizable, and if you email AlbiWare they respond back immediately.
CONSIt’s nothing that I don’t like. I have no problem with expressing my displeasures. Especially if it could help something become better. At this point in time I just don’t have anything that I’m unpleased about.

Showroom Ready Homes DFW Manager Review
Albi has been pretty great. As i've gotten more familiar it has proven to be a useful tool for our branch. With all of the documentation that is required in our field I am looking forward to you guys finding better ways to make documenting easier.
PROSI love that my guys on the field can pull up the app on their phone and get going right away in terms of tracking data needed on the field. The timeline and the photo feature is one of my favorites. I also like e signatures all being in one place for our customers. Lastly I think it is awesome that you can record outbound calls. Looking forward to that growing in the next couple of months.
CONSI do not like that I can not merge callers on a recorded line. I also wish there were a space in the contact where we can add extensions for customers. I do think there are way to many hurtles in seeing invoices. I just to have a feature for invoicing and a feature for seeing projected sales. Not have to go through multiple windows to do this. I liked the way that ZOHO estimating software did theirs and I would consider looking into it. They made it easy to be able to navigate through estimates and invoices with graphs on sales for the month as well as projected numbers according estimates sent out for the week or even month. I understand you can see some of this in the status section but it feels like a small detail rather than a designated space on the website for this. Lastly, I'd like to you to consider a notebook section to each job that we can track specific measurements of jobsites on.

A great CRM option for Restoration Companies
We really like the ease of use in the app features. Our techs took a little bit of time to adjust but now it is second nature to them to use it. I like the timeline and tagging features and the ability to task within a project. We have been very happy with the customer reporting that comes out of the system and know there are still a lot of features we haven't tapped into yet. Customer service has also been very good. They are quick to reply.
CONSImplementation of new features sometimes take a while which is understandable, because there is a lot of technology behind creating them. There are a few hiccups when working in a remote area because you do have to have a signal in order to get into the app and save anything. As Albi has scaled there has been a slight slow down in response time on questions or features but that is to be expected. From time to time it does have small outages which is a frustrating in the moment but they seem to be short lived and Albi usually gives users heads up when that happens

The app interface was definitely what sold us the ease of use in the field was very important to us. If our techs couldn't or wouldn't use it then it would not have been a good fit. We also liked that they are willing to work with us and help customize what works best for us.

The All-in-one CRM
My overall experience has been great. We now have one platform that does everything. I no longer have to jump between 2-3 clunky apps. Albi has everything I need in one place. The support staff is amazing. If we have any issues at all they are available immediately.
PROSThe functionality and overall job management. Also, the support staff is amazing.
CONSThe scheduler could use some work but I hear first quarter of 2022 that will be rolling out.

Billing
adding a complete picture of a job file and making it bulletproof
PROSThe fact that emails can be parsed even from Quickbooks makes life much easier than adding our own notes. The flexibility and quick response the product/ team gives me is awesome
CONSthe inability to add notes to a clients multiple jobs is a bit frustrating and the inability to use the back button to save a client search is not convenient

Camera Glitch
The organization of this software is great. But takes alot to build it for ease of use.
PROSthe best part is the drybook and organization
CONSVery difficult to get a true floorplan of a chamber. Can only look at total sqft after a chamber if drawn, can't see length and width. Also the pictures taken directly in the app never upload. I always need to take a picture with my phone then upload later.

Albi is like no other program out there
Having multiple programs needed to run a business all in one location is wonderful. Especially love the customization to our company, everything is easy to use, we have everything at our fingertips. I am working in Albi all day long for various tasks, I have never run into a problem, nor a program error.
PROSAlbi Customized their program to work for our company. All of the features offered have given us the freedom to focus on our emergency service, we have eliminated the extra workload and extra cost of several programs because Albi is a program that covers just about everything. Customer Service/Account Manager was always available and very helpful, if there was something she didn't know she always found out and never failed to make contact with us to share.
CONSIntegration from our old program is still in process, it has taken quite a bit of time, however we will wait patiently as this is very important to us and I am sure it is a bit tricky. The process of recording calls seems to need a bit of critiquing. All in all we are very happy with Albi and all it does.

Contents Manager
We have been using the software since March of this year. It has improved with every update with the ease of use and what it is able to tell the company. I can not wait when it is fully functional and does everything it is designed to do.
CONSThe training of the use of it and the explanation of all the features need to be better. Having the training in the beginning when you know nothing about the software is good but does not really help as much as doing it in the beginning and then doing another training after you have used it for a few weeks and then do another training. You should also think about doing training when changes happen with updates.

Great product and Easy to use
Overall, they are great and easy to work with. Whenever we have questions, they are on top of it and they get back to us quickly.
PROSIt is a lot easier to use that our previous software. They are still under development and they are implementing new things. Their customer services is on point! They get back to our questions in a very timely manner.
CONSThey are still under some development, which is taking time to get some bugs figured out. Some of the features on the app still crash.

Great Switch
Great so far! Much better than our previous application.
PROSAccessibility to all functions of this application, also the structured layout of the application.
CONSWe do have quite a few people with Spanish being their first language and there is not a setting that I have found that allows the application to switch languages. I apologize if there is a setting for it, I just have not found it at this time.

Good and Bad
I love the ease of translation from our paperwork to Albi. It is a common sense approach. The time saving of not duplicating admin work is so great as well as letting the entire team have access to job information!
CONSIntegration of our old info into Albi didn't work. I spent almost 3 days trying to get our spreadsheet to match what was needed to pull in data without success. We gave up and decided to hand enter all info. Also the Quickbook integration is not working very well. Our historic data is not going to be clean in Albi and there isn't a way to input our historical data cleanly. It seems the software developers don't actually use Albi because of the specifics of the app that don't actually work for the end user.

Albi works great for our company
Good If I have an issue. They quickly get to the bottom of it.
PROSI like that for once we are all on the same system. It is so easy to find out whats going on with my jobs. We do Restoration work not utilities but that was all that was listed.
CONSIt would be nice to see the contacts of an organization from the app. It also needs to have a slot for 2 phone numbers.

Using Albi
We are looking into using the timeclock with Albi, just a few learning curves.
PROSI like that we are able to send our work contracts with ease to the customers and we are able to see from albi and with emails if the contract was signed.
CONSI would really like the option to be able to send a text from Albi, some customers prefer texting over phone calls, it would take one step out of the process to be able to text them. Or the ability to create a contact to the phone from Albi

Great Software All Around
There is a spot for every detail on a job you can think of.
CONSThe speed at which the software processes can be slightly “clunky” at times when trying to search jobs but nothing a close and re open of the app won’t fix.

I love using ALBI in my daily work ... ALBI makes it easy for me to navigate my daily tasks and for me to be on top of managing other facets of our business from SALES to CLOSING AND DOCUMENTING our projects. I have no complaints... only appreciation to the ALBI team for creating this wonderful application!
PROSI have been a Project Manager and IT Systems analyst for over 30 years and I can attest that using Albi for our business is "pain free". This software is so intuitive and very user friendly. I can tell that this application was developed knowing what are needed for a company to succeed and manage all aspects of processes....as this is an app that is one stop shop and integrates with many different apps.
CONSI cannot think of anything as they continue to enhance this software based on user requests and they deliver upgrades promptly.

We are tracking our projects a lot easier now. This software was easy for the whole team to learn.
PROSI like that we can track the progress of where we are at on a job. It also makes it convenient to find our clients information.
CONSEvery time I want to add a new project I have to hit the project tab and then add new. Sometimes I add a few at a time, so I wish there was another area I could just hit add new.

Awesome software!
I love how easy it is to keep track of my customers and link their personal information to the company profile.
CONSI wish I could look at the company profile and see what employees are linked.
