What I liked most about this product is how a good tool it is to have on hand when one is rushed into making a estimate on a job.

We handle mostly commercial work but the ability to do both residential and commercial estimating in the same program has been wonderful.

After 3 years of paying for the original purchase price, extra seats, plus tech support fees and yearly up-dates we had a fire that destroyed our computers.

Tech support is one of the best I have received, promptness response, very descriptive solutions with related video tutorials makes the tech solution great.

Best Bid’s customer service and support has been top notch.

I believe we have more awarded projects because of this software. Allowed us to be more competitive and profitable and allowed us to keep better track of material and man hours.

For the past 5 years I have been using Best bid electrical Estimating  I find myself in better position, it saved me money , time and I acquire more knowledges in the estimating system overall.

After talking with support they had me up and running within the hour. Best Bid is very easy to use.

The paper and money we have saved has paid for the software. I have won many bids with this software and everything was covered.

What I liked most about the software was the ease to navigate due to the BEST BID class taken right before. The class gave me the step-by-step process for estimating.

Best Bid has increased my ability to produce accurate estimates quickly. I wear all of the Management hats in my company.

No training sessions need. They are available if you are read the directions first type of person.

What I like the most of this program its how easy is to use and the ability to use Net Pricer.

The support team is amazing and if i ever run into something that doesn't quite work for me they are there to help me out always.

After checking out some other software options, we found that Best Bid was very user friendly. Most of the other options have yearly or monthly renewal fees.

It is  simple to use and has a lot helpful videos to get you going where you need. It also allows you to download your pdf prints.

I can promise you that will not the case with the Best Bid Hybrid Pro software because it is so easy to use and is so amazing affordable that it is a no-brainer for any electrical contractor.

The ability to customize all of the price sheets and reports is great and I love the fact that you can rearrange the screens any way you want. We are very happy with our purchase.

Takeoff integration is a breeze, takeoff counts transferable to estimate assemblies very quickly. It is clear that this software was designed with ease and productivity in mind.

Ran into issues with installation when upgrading from an older version. As a result of the issue I lost old data.

We just started using Best Bid Electrical Estimating a few months ago and the experience has been great.

Great integration between take off and estimating packages. Allows me to do take off's and estimate my way not have to change to the way the software wants it.

It is very easy to create custom assemblies and has a large range of assemblies to choose from, which helps to save time when bidding projects.

My estimators love the simplicity and flexibility. Overall from what we were used to this experience could not be better.

In the past two weeks I have bid 6 projects and won 4. The other two are still pending.

I personally own the following; Best Bid, First Choice, Digi-Count, and Panel Scheduling and am very satisfied with what the programs have to offer.

This software has saved me countless time and money; it has been great at improving accuracy on counts and labor.

Best Bid’s customer service representatives are second-to-none and their response to assistance inquiries is quick and helpful.

The software programs must be easy to use to save time and to create the competitive edge for landing jobs for a company.

As a team, we are not particularly tech savvy, so having a support team who you can explain any issues or problems to and who just get on and fix things is such a bonus.

Overall it has been a great system for me and the team and we manage to do what we need.

As a business, we were finding it really hard with our old CRM system to have visibility between the sales team/managers as to what was being sold.

That was a great customer investment from RSS and has insured I've remained a loyal and low-maintenance customer.

Views and inability to link into standard forms to autofill etc. All the extra features are costly.

The system is customisable, integrates with our email and accounting software, and the support is outstanding.

An auto-save function would be helpful. Emails sent from RSS seem to get stuck in companies' spam filters sometimes.

RSS has always been able to support my needs, offering an excellent email integration function and a brilliant email marketing module to name just a couple.

When I have needed help with something I have had a quick and useful response very quickly. I find it easy to use for what I need.

Ease of use is very important to our organisation and RSS CRM scores very high in this regard. The system is also very intuitive to setup and edit on an as neede basis.

Very good so far -we could use a lot more parts of it.

The outstanding feature of RRS is their support team, who offer an absolutely excellent service.

The CRM is helping us build that full understanding of our Levy Payers. It has integrated will with our other business systems.

I think they are an impressive team with a great product. As I said, they got all the core elements right to make it a fantastic choice, especially for the SME market.

Automated campaigns conflict with direct mailings and as such are risky to use.
