Awesome job management software with great support
We have used a few job management softwares now and Wunderbuild has been the best for us. Their support is awesome and they are always quick and efficient in helping you with bottlenecks you might be facing. They listen to your requests and implement updates regularly. We have all our staff and trades using the system to keep clients updated daily. There is no limit on who uses the program which means everyone can be added at no extra cost. For us it has been the best software by far.
CONSNothing really. If ever there is an issue or you make a suggestion they are quick to fix it or help support you.

Really good software.
Over the experience is great. I have seen the program get more and more powerful over the past year of use. Very please with the direction the company is taking the program. The support offered to help you learn the program and address issues in program is second to none. Would not be surprised if this becomes the industry standard for a wide range of builders in the near future.
PROSThe phone app to Wunderbuild is probably the best mobile app we have used for construction. Not overly cluttered and actually serves a purpose on site. (unlike many others out there) The web app is very powerful, we use it in place of 3 separate software suites we used in the past. It can handle take off's, ordering, RFQ's, sales, selections, communication (team and client) and schedules. The best part is they are always improving the interface and the features to these as well. Will be very interesting where the program goes in the near future. The team at Wunderbuild always get back to you about issues or bugs, and always release updates to the program. Being cloud based is also a massive positive. Saves a lot of money in comparison to running a server.
CONSYou will need good internet connection to run smoothly. With a slow connection the experience can be sluggish. I usually will only use the app over a good internet connection. Minor bugs do pop up from time to time. However support usually fix these really fast when they are made aware of them.

PROSCustomer service is fantastic and we like that Wunderbuild are constantly looking to upgrade.
CONSThe programing needs to be updated to a better standard. Enable to input public holidays and weekends. Also the line items should automatically link to the next working day.

Great Construction Management Software
Its been great being able to speak with the software technitians & programmers and being able to give opinions on improvements while actually being heard. The customer service is always very prompt making the experience very good
PROSThe full suite of management tools from start to finish. Wunderbuild covers all aspects from lead management, through estimating, ordering, project management & document management. Having unlimited user access is massive for my company and all for a very affordable price. The customer service is very good as well.
CONSThe scheduling tool was somewhat restricted in its capabilities and usability at first. With the proposed updates I'm confident that these concerns are being resolved

Wunderbuild is the most established building program on the market
By having everything in the one program has really helped streamline our processes and not having things all over the place in different programs. Wunderbuild have been very proactive and always listening to our ideas and implementing them. The application you can download on your phone is not glitchy and is really handy for the trades on site and entering their timesheets also. We have been able to use the chat for the team and the client to keep everyone updated on the progress of the job.
PROSWunderbuild is a one-stop shop for all building needs. We used to use 4 different programs for our cost tracking, scheduling, timesheets and tasks. Everything we provide feedback on the team at Wunderbuild really listen and implements or helps us work out the best way to use their system.
CONSSo far we have not found anything we do not like as the Wunderbuild team continues to develop this product to get the best out of it. Improving the schedule is one that we would like to see, but as mentioned the Wunderbuild team are already onto this and putting improvements in. This is mainly the way we have used it with previous products, which made it harder to get used to.

All reasons are given above, the biggest things for us was how hands on Wunderbuild have been to improve their product and listening and implementing our feedback.

[sensitive content hidden] from Wunderbuild really knew his stuff and was happy to work alongside us to get this program to where we felt comfortable not using the other programs. No other provider has been this proactive in helping us with any problems arrisen.

Wunderbuild = Wunderful
A fantastic experience overall, particularly happy with the take off and estimating portion, very helpful. Works with xero very well, especially for cost tracking invoices and monitoring budget expenses.
PROSWhile the product itself is pretty user friendly and easy to use, it really is the high quality customer service and help training in the product use that makes it great to use.
CONSThe client page is a work in progress. Not quite pretty enough yet to make clients excited, also lacks an easy avenue for being able to check in on what the clients are seeing and experiencing.

It just seemed to tick more boxes and I knew a few other guys who were using it, so also had their recommendations. It was good to have people I knew using it.

Initially we were looking for a product we could also estimate with, also BT did not have GST and getting more expensive all the time. BT did also not respond well to suggestions for changes to make product better, while Wunderbuild has been very responsive and I've already seen some of my suggested changes being incorporated.

Fantastic. Love the journey and seeing the progressive development
PROSMy company loves the fact that I can have an overall job cradle to grave interface with client, teams portals that allow job tracking on a live basis that suits my companies transparent approach to building homes for my clients. Along with the personal approach from Wunderbuilds team it’s an asset to the business which no doubt will progress and help further my company in the years to come.

Great support
The teams willingness to engage in continual development that is the biggest stand-out. Continual development that suits our business model puts WB steps ahead of the competition
PROSThe take off feature was the first reason we made the jump from our previous platform but the client portal was the reason we committed to using it. Being able to have clear access with clients inside the system gets us out of emails and individual messages so our whole admin team can contribute to client communication.
CONSThe estimate template is most in need of work. It's the biggest presentation point we get to personalised a sales message to a client and there is only 1x location to show an image of our past work.

A great find
Its been great so far, we have been working through some glitches here and there but all things take time to perfect. I hope we can continue to work on the software together to get it more and more optimised!
PROSBest part to date is the customer support, the WB team have been fantastic at implementing immediate changes, fixes or ideas at all times.
CONSThere are multiple things we have discussed that could improve WB and i thank the team for taking all of this on and implementing quickly to assist our integration of the software in our company.

co construct wasnt ideal for doing everything that we wanted all in the one software. has some great features that WB could use, but really want one software to do it all. Soloassist is the best estiamting software ive found, but being computer based and not online its been casuing issues. WB could really dig into the esimtating side of their business to implement some of the things that solo assist does.

Wunderous Wunderbuild
I'm so relieved we have found Wunderbuild. It's not easy to move estimating software but it was one of the best business decisions we have made.
PROSUser friendly interface, integration was easy, customer support. The Team are always implementing suggestions from Clients which is a win win situation. They are available on the spot. Other platforms we have used previously took days to get back to us.
CONSThere are features we would like to see but the difference with Wunderbuild and their competitors, Wunderbuild take on every suggestion to see if it can be implemented and that is the key to their success. They learn from the user and are very adaptable.

Great product

Excellent customer service
Our overall experience with Wunderbuild has been excellent. Any little hiccups have been quickly resolved due to the excellent level of customer service. We would highly recommend this program if it looks to be a fit for your needs.
PROSWe have found integrating Wunderbuild in to our business a very smooth process. There is an excellent level of customer service and the program is very user friendly.
CONSThere are some small modification we would make if possible but these are often personal preference, and we've found Wunderbuild to be very open to suggestions about potential changes and improvements which is a huge benefit for us.
