Call Center super tool

PROS

I like the way, how can I use it. Simply, very effective and have a lot of functionalities.

CONS

No mobile app. There is just simple app but not with all features.

Very good Tool for Call Center

Iam very satisffied. I use it daily and helps me to controll my team.

PROS

Easy to use. Very intuitive and also for operators.

CONS

Some bugs which we have to deal with. But the support fix them.

Very recomended SW

Sattisfied. Few more years of developing and colaboration and it will be perfect.

Easy to use. and a lot of features. Strong and fast features developing.

CONS

Some Bugs which affect the work. But nothing what cant be fixed.
