Good Product with Great Support
During Pandemic we were able to support our customers remotely without any challenges as we are using SparkTG from 2019. So the remote working transition was seamless without any impact on the customer experience
PROSThe product is good and easy to use, the after sales support is quick and responsive with ease of integration with other applications

Best Service Provide of Contact Center
For the last 3 years, we are using this software. I am highly recommended to everyone to purchase this product. They are offering support, services, and many more things.
PROSQuality of Services they are offering in less pricing. When you need any help or support you can contact any time. They are always available for helping the services. Most of the features are covered in one dashboard. Call details of your caller is best part in the services.
CONSThey have to add more features like SMS broadcasting, Whatsapp integration, etc.
Reason for choosing SparkTG VCC
The main reason to onboard with SparkTG is featured because the maximum features are offering in less pricing as compared in the market. The service quality is awesome as compared to other vendors. I used many vendors but they just take the money and not provided the support and services. But from last 3 year, no complaints of the services till yet. Highly appreciated for their product and service.
