PROS

Twilio has been our partner for our daily lives in work. What I love the most about this software is that this has the capability of pulling up a report depends on what we need by creating our own dashboard in "Analyze" tab.

CONS

Nothing so far! Everything we need is in this software. We can make our own dashboard and that's the best that it has! Kudos!

Great

It is really accessible and convenient as all that we need for our daily task is in Twilio Flex.

PROS

On a daily basis, we normally do a monitoring of queues in order for us to have a balance staffing.

CONS

None so far as I don't see anything that causes a problem while using Twilio Flex
