La mejor herramienta Omnicanal para automatizar Soporte Ventas y Marketing
Me encanta la herramienta y me permite ser un desarrollador conversacional sin tener que conocer de código. Si necesito ayuda los desarrolladores hacen funciones simples y todos quedamos felices. El cliente agradece mucho la velocidad que tenemos para cambiar/mejorar los flujos.
PROSLa facilidad para crear escenarios de llamada con las plantillas pre-made aceleran mucho el trabajo. Y la posibilidad de guardar llamados a las APIs más usadas por los clientes nos permite no depender del equipo de IT para muchas tareas que antes si los requerían.
CONSPodría mejorar los reportes en tiempo real para canales de chat. Actualmente debemos bajar algunos excelentes y procesarlos.
