I love to ease with which documents can be created from scratch so we can customize and upload pur own template which was hard in Docdown.

This is one of those apps that make your company and team look better, and positively influence client's perception and experience, for using it. Support is responsive, prompt, friendly.

At first I had the impression that it did not have the features that I required but I was wrong.

And, that's not because they haven't been fast and timely with new features, updates, and fixes, but only due to my impatience.

All in all, I wouldn't want to do without Crove, as it helps me work with documents every day. The customer service is always there to help if you get stuck, thanks to the live chat.

Once its set with all your templates, creating document is very easy and can be automated with help of zapier.

I haven't used anything else that beats the field customization you can do, independently of the document template itself, which is outstanding.

Overall it has been a good experience. Will continue to explore it.

It's a good starting point and i think with a few changes it is super affordable.

At first I did not expect much from Crove. But once I tried it, I really love the ease of use.

Behind that simple UI, Crove is robust with features and logical based behaviors.

I'm now able to generate documents for contracts between me and my clients with the help of Crove. It helps me generate documents that are filled with my client's data.

The workflow between creating documents and forms is seamless. The features set is very robust, and the shareable forms are beautiful and modern looking.

I just notice that when I tried to navigate to another page, it has no warning if my work has not been saved yet.

This is a great document signature tool with a generous free plan (watermarked) with plenty of HR and legal templates (including an NDA!).

It was also sometimes difficult to navigate between features; I couldn't figure out how to get out of the variables editor on the right to go back to the list of vairables.

There are still aspects that seem a bit buggy, but nothing makes it impossible to use or makes the experience bad.

Really easy to use and helpful for saving time.

Everything works great and the integrations with webhook make the possibilities endless. Anyway, what I am really excited is that it works flawlessly with my language.

I also found when I accidentally inserted a table that I had no idea how to delete the table.

The interface looks amazing and very friendly. In addition, they have webhooks.

While you can build upon the system form with additional fields and custom workflow you are restricted from hiding or renaming the system fields.

Team members can keep notes and easily share them with coworkers thanks to the personal notes feature, which is also very helpful. The collaboration features are excellent.

It's been useful in issuing, tracking & resolving EPOs. That we could build custom forms for our sub labor, inventory items & phases of job has been invaluable.

I am struggling to design the merge templates to match my company stationary for completing the merge templates.

It's easy to use and the customer support is really good.

Document uploads are extremely slow, it took 2.5 hours to upload 64 drawings. Drawing and spec packages cannot be linked easily.

We are using ProjectTeam to track all documents for civil/highway construction projects. The ease of customizing on the fly is a huge feature.

As a slightly older person, my computer skills are less than average so sometimes I have a difficult time understanding what PT tells me to do.

ProjectTeam is a great construction project management tool. I really enjoyed working with their team to build the integration with Sage 300 CRE.

Not many things I don't like about the software.

At this point, it's hard to think about how we managed without it.

I dislike that obsoleted files are not categorized in any way.

It is pretty self explanatory and easy to use.

It's user friendly and easy to work around it plus the benefits of customer support help whenever I need them.

That there is no scheduling integration & that some days it's just not going to pull up forms or merge forms without considerable delay-no, this isn't a connectivity issue on our end.

This is a great tool for internal customer management. The ability to upload, edit and access contracts is extremely helpful.

The “out of the box” forms is very helpful, but it’s even more convenient that you can custom build your own to suit your needs and wants based on your reports you would like to see.

Another drawback is that the software can occasionally be sluggish, which is frustrating when attempting to finish important tasks or work under pressure.

After only 2 short months, I was able to implement and use this software like a pro. Reporting and sharing information for huge projects just became ten times easier and greener.

The system is extremely user friendly and provides a great platform for sharing very large files with other team members.

Having used other, more expensive software in the past, there are several features missing in this software.

Throughout that process, they were extremely helpful and responsive. Just like Procore, their integration is dependent on hh2, but they worked with hh2 to enhance it to meet our needs.

I also like the interface, everything is easy to find and I like how quick it is to search for documents, and filter items.

The on problem I had was resolved and taken care of immediately through the Help desk.

One of the things I disliked the least was the lack of some advanced functionality that is expected in a construction project management software.

Then hide fields with log configure after they know what they want to see/not see.
