I've been using the app on my phone when I am on the go and I found it very challenging to see where all my contracts are. I don't know why, but there is no button to see a particular contract.

What makes that even better is that you can integrate PayPal and Stripe so that you can receive payment right away after your client approves the project. These are some of the pros of using Indy.

Customer service has been great the few times I reached out to them. They've continued to add new features (that I don't really use).

First, best value for your money. Super easy to use, you're able to duplicate invoices, integrate Stripe just for certain invoices and keep track of payments all very convenient and easy.

As a user, it's easy to see that the team genuinely cares about helping their customers succeed rather than just collect a subscription fee every month.

That's my biggest problem with it, and when my other business get busier I will have to switch to another company most likely.

Whenever I experience any issue, the customer service team is always quick to respond and resolve and that is a big plus.

It's great to see how the system was implemented and customized to our wishes and workflows within the company.

The tool is a huge support for our Contract Management team and as well to other departments. The live-negotiation and the real-time monitoring dashboards make it a very useful and innovative tool.

It became obvious almost immediately that it was far superior to either Ironclad or Concord (in our opinion)! and way less expensive than SpringCM, as well as potentially better.

The platform is easy to use and has many features that make our work easier, but there are some areas where we need to improve.

First , i had couple of questions to customer service and replied very quickly and solved my problem. Second,there are many softwares already integrated with parley like ; salesforce, box and etc.

We lose some formatting from Word that is difficult and time-consuming to correct.

Our old pre -Parley Pro process was very manual and cumbersome.

We automated our NDA and SOW agreements with Parley Pro, which is a great help for our department.
