I have had issues changing the Claimant Email address in the past which can become frustrating. I also believe a detailed summary of exactly where the Subcontract 100% claimed is at.

Overall a very positive experience with the software.

The approval process of subcontractor monthly claims is so much quicker and easier.

Tracking the progress of claims, previous claims and the items of works complete is very easy and clear.

It is hard to tell if the current pending invoice is included in this or not currently.

Less work for Project Managers as no need to worry about formulas & spreadsheets when submitting claims & supporting documents each Month.

Having to explain to subbies and the project team that there is a cost chargeable to subcontractors - that is always an awkward conversation to have.

The software has been beneficial in many aspects such as reducing time spent in the processing and approval workflow.

They print out with one specific Principal which we would like to have corrected in due course. Overall have high satisfaction on meeting the requirements for an efficient approval management system.

Claim structure is simple. Customer support is quick and helpful.

Ease of use, ability to upload subcontracts and easily assess progress claims.

An elegant solution to addressing SOPA required Payment claims and Payment schedules.

The staff reports the it is very easy to use. Now main aim is getting our subcontractors on board.

Couldn't fetch the details some time of traffic. I experienced server down problem also.

Payapps allows claims processing to be done in a timely fashion with reminders of outstanding claims ensuring claims are processed within allowable deadlines.

The fact that progress claim breakups can be easily uploaded via an excel spreadsheet and converted to the payapps system.

Shame it only utilises payments and not more contract admin.

Saves time, and helps control the claim process each month from one point of collection and avoids multiple claims coming in from different sources such as email, aconex, mail.

Somewhat difficult to sort by document types and can be somewhat frustrating from an ease of use standpoint.

The UX is very easy to use and the AI is so accurate. The key terms summaries and the contract alerts for termination/renewal dates has saved our Company significantly in terms of time AND costs.

AI cannot span interrelated contracts - but no system can in Aug 2020 that I know of. Thus the AI results aren't 100% automatic.

Fast to setup - less than 30 days we got value and returns on our investment. AI finds terms in our contracts to save us time.

They  always available when we have questions. And made learning how to navigate the system very easy.

Easy to navigate, organization of the contracts and naming conventions.

Automated AI-supported functions have a high degree of reliability and classic functions like tag and search are fast and effective. The Evisort team is customer-focused and responsive.

The accuracy of the extracted information, especially date related information regardless of how obscure, is extremely high. The AI component is very intuitive and well trained.

Sometimes I create an alert but for some reason it does not get sent out - unsure whether it’s something I did or the Evisort platform itself.

The speed at which Evisort reviews and extracts contractual information is amazing.

Also, when I upload contracts, occasionally I receive error messages.

Ease in finding provision and clauses that can benefit my legal team while conducting an agreement review.
