  • Sensitive content hidden] keeps improving on it and it's going to have a huge ROI. I hate subscriptions and prefer to buy or make the applications we use; making HumanBot a very good buy.
  • This service is cost effective, easy to setup and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • It's difficult to find cons with the product because no sooner have you found fault than support is pointing to a new feature or upgrade that solves it, to say nothing of the things you've overlooked.
  • Limited features: HumanBot is still a relatively new platform, so it doesn't have all of the features that some users might want. For example, there is no way to show images in the chat.

  • Still getting to know everything but I feel like it’s pretty easy to use and set up. Can’t wait to try more features.
  • Ringless voicemail message. Great discount if purchases in bulk.

  • I think anything I had a problems with was just user error.
  • The trouble with any new tool is actually USING it, but the rep really made that part so simple.
