The tool we need for collecting feedback in our startup

The application is really easy to use. It's a multi-function application that we already use for "Tickets Restaurants". It's easy to use, accepted in a lot of restaurants and supermarkets, really reliable. We really like the survey functionnality. We use it monthly because it's easy to use, it's fast to create a survey and fast to submit it. The feedback data that we got from Swile is really important in the major decisions that we take.

CONS

I do not have cons for this application. I really believe this application is a must have when I heard my colleague that use others solutions, they all are disappointed.

Super outil!

PROS

Je l'utilise au quotidien comme carte de tickets restaurants, l'app est très facile à utiliser, pas de communication polluante et on reçoit parfois des primes à utiliser depuis le site.

CONS

Rien à redire :) Si ce n'est ajouter encore plus de partenaires mais j'imagine que vous y travaillez déjà

Avis sur Swile

PROS

Swile permet de bénéficier des tickets restaurant sous forme dématérialisée. La carte fonctionne comme un carte bancaire. Il est possible de compléter les paiements avec une carte personnelle.

CONS

La carte n'est pas prise en charge partout où on pourrait s'y attendre. Certains commerçants sont listés par Swile mais refusent la carte Swile et Swile ne retire pas ces commerçants malgré les signalements.

Très pratique

PROS

Le fonctionnement des tickets resto est top ! On peut compléter les achats avec une CB traditionelle si besoin. Très pratique ! Top pour faire des sondages internes !

CONS

La carte swile n'est pas toujours accepter partout.... Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de tester les réductions disponibles dans la boutique... A regarder prochainement pour donner mon avis

Nous avons régulièrement des sondages sur l'outil Swile. Cela fonctionne très bien.

Swile, a useful combination of tools

Overall, I'm fond of the ease of use of this product. Overtime, modules are added without complexifying usage, as they are naturally integrated in the application.

PROS

- The restaurant voucher module (which can come with a payment card) is very handy. - Surveys are easy to fill and enhance overall feedback received by the company.

CONS

I couldn't think about any feature that could be improved.

I like the swile card

I use the swile card weekly and it's very convenient and practical, the app is very fonctional and easy to use

You can use you card swile everywhere, this is very good

CONS

You don't have a list of shops where the swile card is accepted

Swile nous a permis d'inscrire nos valeurs dans la culture, au jour le jour.

PROS

Très simple à déployer, les formations sont précises, l'équipe prend des nouvelles très régulièrement et nous aide dans l'usage.

CONS

L'harmonie globale (usage, design) entre les différents modules est encore perfectible

- Une gestion simplifiée des titres-restaurants, notamment grâce à une intégration avec Payfit - Une interface géniale pour les employés : possibilité de suivre facilement son solde, de nombreuses fonctionnalités (ex : ajouter sa CB en cas de dépassement, se faire rembourser si un commerçant n'est pas partenaire, etc).- Possibilité d'intégrer des chèques cadeaux, chèques vacances...

CONS

RAS, si ce n'est le service client parfois lent à joindre.

CONS

Une carte qui ne fonctionne pas et un service client déplorable. Il ne réponde pas si ce n'est pour vous dire que ils ont trop de demandes à traiter. Carte fonctionnelle sauf quand elle tombe en panne :)

Notre Chef de projet nous a proposé des points réguliers et personnalisés. Nous sommes satisfait de ce partenariat.

Ergonomie moderne du module engagement Application mobile déjà connue de nos collaborateurs (application carte titres restaurant) Mode de questionnement diversifié (échelle, ouverte, choix multiple, NPS, QUIZZ..) Rapport PPT automatisé Roadmap permet une analyse croisée des différents groupes.

CONS

Le kit de communication proposé pour le lancement de l'enquête est décevant. Les questions conditionnelles ainsi que les analyses qualitatives sont en cours de développement.

Déjeuner avec a carte Swile

J'y gagne du temps puisque je peux payer mes repas partout par carte et je n'ai plus besoin d'utiliser des tickets restau et compléter en espèces

J'aime beaucoup cette carte qui peut être lié à notre compte bancaire et utilisée tous les jours pour déjeuner

Il n'est pas possible de l'utiliser les jours fériés

Aucun intérêt

Problème sur problème, refus des commerçants et restaurants. Et hors de question de coupler ma carte perso avec cette pseudo carte. Pas confiance.

Je cherche encore mais je j’ai absolument rien trouvé !

CONS

En déplacement toute la semaine je faisais mes achats le week-end maintenant grâce à Swile je ne peu plus rien faire ! Merci Swile pour votre carte qui n’apporte rien !

Un très bon outil !

Très bonne, je bénéficie de Swile depuis plusieurs années et avec 2 employeurs différents et je n'ai rien à redire sur le service, la communication etc.

PROS

L'outil permet de donner un bon indicateur sur le bien être global et personnel des salariés. Mais aussi, en tant que salarié, on se sent écouté, pris en considération et avec un moyen d'action si un jour on avait un problème.

CONS

Rien à dire de particulier. Seul bémol : l'utilisation des crédits accumulés que personne n'a encore compris autour de moi.
