Have used Akruto since 2014 and will continue to do so.

Important for us to be able to sync contacts and calendar events on the phone with Outlook without data leaving our internal network. Outlook data is kept in house on our own server as well.

Outlook sometimes acts up strangely if you need to add additional accounts - particularly if those additional accounts are based on outlook.office.com. However, that problem rests in Outlook. There is nothing Akruto can do to fix this.

Once set up (which can be a little fiddly) the system runs seamlessly in the background without need for intervention. Very rarely when I have had an issue, the response from Akruto Support has been almost immediate and has always resolved the issue. Most recently they were able to pin-point the issue to a corrupted Microsoft PST file (therefore not a failing of Akruto Sync itself). They pointed me to the required remedy which resolved the issue and Akruto is flying again.

Slightly tricky to set up but once done, the system is stable and reliable.

When it worked it was very good and easy to use. Synching was automatic and happened every time I added a new appointment in Outlook. Installation was also very quick.

Sync suddenly stopped working. After 9 hrs of emails to Akruto they decided that "it was my network and nothing to do with their software". I have not changed my router, changed anything on my network, added any other software to my pc or changed by security software. So I have now completely wasted $39. Of course they did not even offer a refund either. Very disappointed.

On my new PC, I have not been able to get Akruto to work. I am a software engineer and extensively used chat support, but have not been able to set up a new Exchange account on my Android.

Akruto Sync allows me to keep all of my contacts, calendars, emails, and tasks completely and timely synced between my computer and cell phone, even through multiple VPN accounts. Customer support makes this application my preferred alternative, at minimal cost.

The ease of use, and accuracy, once initially setup.

The initial setup was challenging on my own. The quality of customer support really took the pain out of the setup process.

When I do have problems, I like the email back and forth with product support. It gives me time to respond and steps are documented for reference.

Very reliable however, occasionally, it seems an iPhone update causes it to lose its connectivity. But then I contact product support.

It works fine. As long as it reliably syncs Outlook desktop, iPhone and iPad I am happy.

I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend to anyone.

This is the only product that I could find to sync my calendar to my phone and is very reasonably priced

I am limited in my tech skills to sometimes this is a challenge but I can always get very timely assistance for my needs.

Easy to set up, and automatic sync makes everything seamless.

It seems after updating Windows a glitch may require a re-configuration at times. However, support is always at the ready and the problem is always fixed.

When working well, Akruto Sync has great two way syncing features; I especially like using for recording appointments and having it appear relatively quickly on phone or on my PC.Tech support is great! The are good with their support, communication and diligence communicating to solve problems... and that is a significant reason to purchase Akruto Sync (you'll have great support if you have any technical issues).

Sometimes there are issues syncing... which is annoying because oy may require time to resolve the problem and that is time, people could use to focus on the objectives or more importance.

AkrutoSync Support has been excellent, especially considering that all support is done via email, at least from my experience. The Support team responds fairly quickly, usually in just a few hours. From my experience they are very knowledgeable and on point. Of course, it would be nice to speak with a person or communicate via web chat. They have a web chat feature on the support page of their web site but I've never seen it operational. Overall, I love the app and the support.

It's only when I've done something stupid (like not realising wi-fi connections have been disrupted on one of the phones connected) that I have problems. The support staff at Akruto are fantastic. Whenever I've had occasion to contact them, they respond almost immediately, and invariably solve my problem.

The fact that phones and tablets (and therefore the people who use them) are all on the same page is fantastic. It's astonishing how easy it makes things.

I did have problems syncing PC to mobile, but I think that was due to problems with the PC which has just been replaced...and the syncing is working well.
