Managing Broker Builds Online Brand with HouseJet/Market Maker Technology!

PROS

As a Realtor for many years in the Greater Chicagoland area, I have found myself stuck using some old ways of doing business, and generating leads that, I must humbly admit, haven’t been as effective for me now as they had been in the past. I understand that the Real Estate marketplace has gravitated to the Internet, but I haven’t been able to get a handle on how to capitalize on the Internet as a major source of generating leads, and for building a successful Real Estate business. HouseJet may be the solution to the challenge of building a real on-line Brand for the first time in my Real Estate career. HouseJet offers me the opportunity and the tools I need to compete in today’s technology-driven Real Esatate industry. HouseJet provides a complete tool-kit of cutting edge technology to hit the ground running: a branded website, social-media advertising, Market Maker CRM along with an AI Virtual assistant [sensitive content hidden], an inside sales team to make me look like a big company, and dynamic time-tested training courses to help me improve my sales skills. HouseJet gives me a whole lot to work with. That’s for sure. I only hope I can master this system well enough to have my BEST YEAR EVER in 2024. I firmly believe, with the HouseJet system, that will happen!

I have not found anything that I liked least about Market Maker.

House Jet is true to it's word

Overall, whenever I have a question, customer support has always responded within a few hours and often on the same day. I'm getting leads, and working them. I like that.

PROS

When I first joined, I did my due diligence and reviewed the features, outcomes, deliverable, google reviews. I must say that House Jet is true to its word, and things happened just like they said it would and in the order that they said it would.

CONS

Sometimes the quality of the leads is dubious, but like all lead generation capture, nothing is 100%

At the beginning they looked organized , the first video looked nice but then they tell you to watch the video again and it is different here you see something it is not right

I was apprehensive at first

So far, this has been a positive experience! I appreciate the transparency and awesome support!

PROS

I was apprehensive when I initially scheduled my call with House Jet. I have been burned in the past by high monthly fee lead gen companies. However, [sensitive content hidden] explained everything clearly, so that I felt very comfortable. I still wasn’t ready to pull the trigger because a financial season I’m in right now. I continued asking questions and it become very clear this was a NO BRAINER. They had my desired zip code available and as long as I have ONE closing the initial investment will take care of it’s self. I will absolutely close ONE! I committed on the spot. Soon as I received my welcome email I realized this is different! I’m so excited about the support, fail proof scripts and community of successful agents. I have no doubt at all if this will boost my annual closed transactions. I feel so excited about my decision even though this is only my 3rd day with House Jet. My HouseJet Experience

I look forward to returning months from now and either supplementing this review or writing a new one that communicates just how positively I feel about this company…I know it will help agents that may be sitting on the fence. I took a leap of faith because I liked everything I heard and what I read. I am excited at the possibility of building my business back up. This isn’t a short term relationship for me – I’m looking to have something long-term and beneficial to both sides. Thank you for taking a chance on me, too.

Still evaluating

So far frustrating. I am ending up using two CRM tools to assure texts or emails are able to respond directly, and I really need a lead respond as interested to make me feel better about this investment

PROS

The ability to have leads provided mixed with managing our own prospects and clients

CONS

So far the quality of leads, mostly due to them entering bad phone numbers and emails makes about 3/4 of the leads unable to be contacted. So far I have actually only made contact with one out of 11 and theywere not interested. Also it appears that texts sent from within system have a HouseJet return number so not sure how I would recieve an attempted respons.

Do not use....Leads are fake product is poor

ATENTION: THE 5 STAR REVIEW ON HERE FROM [sensitive content hidden] IS A FAKE REVIEW. HE IS A RECRUITER FOR THE COMPANY AND HE SCHEDULED A MEETING WITH ME PERSONALLY!!This company is a SCAM. Save your money. First of all they offered a package with a start-up cost of $2000, and I told them that was out of my budget. Then they offered to change the price to $995, if I paid for the monthly website of $97 per month. And they also told me that I could cancel the website within 30 days.When I went to cancel the website, that's when things went left. They locked my account, kept my money and I had to dispute it with my bank and credit card companies.When I called them about being locked out of my account, they said that they had to lock me out because I canceled the entire package, but I only canceled the monthly website. Anyway, they restarted my account the same day. The next day a received a bogus lead. And two days after that my account was locked again and I have not been able to access it since.They are disputing my bank disputes and telling the bank that I signed a contract, which I did not, so my banks and credit card company had to reverse the charges.It is very unfair and crooked to cancel my account AND not give me refund. They should either reinstate my account or refund all of my money.I will continue to dispute these charges. No matter how long it takes!!Date of experience: November 15, 2022

Nothing. Leads are fake. Product is Poor. Scam tactics used to get realtors to sign up for bogus leads. Fake facebook ads, non-existent inside sales agents. Entire package is a lie. And I have other customers to support this claim.

Real Estate Leads

It’s been a good experience, everyone I talk to at HouseJet has been very helpful and nice. I joined first of the month and had my first showing today. I feel if u put time into it and work ur leads u can be successful.

PROS

I liked the way the program is set up , the crm is easy to use and they guarantee you leads. I like that they offer training, there customer support great.

CONS

I have only been with this company almost a month now. I’m not sure what I least like about HouseJet at this time, but I will let y’all know as time goes on.

Just starting out

Just got the program. Haven’t really started anything other than watching the videos. However, it seems very informative, very straight forward and I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes.

I wasn't informed that it would cost a monthly fee for the website but seems reasonably priced.

Do Your Home

The sales staff lied to me when they said there was only one person in the territory we signed up. You need to call every three days or you will not receive a lead. but the customer service is excellent and they make you feel good. The leads we have received are terrible and if I can get my money back I would. Might see legal advise on this company.

The CRM and Training are very good and it is easy to learn how to use, they have great customer support to train you plus videos.

CONS

After over a month of working with House Jet, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite being promised exclusivity in the Prescott, Arizona area with the assurance that we'd be the only agents on their program, we were dismayed to discover otherwise. It came to our attention that another agent from our own team had been enrolled since August 2023, contradicting their initial claim. Out of the ten leads provided, only two were actionable, with the rest leading nowhere. The quality of leads was another point of contention, as many appeared to be recycled—identical to those we received through different programs. This lack of originality and effectiveness has been disheartening. To add insult to injury, the sales representative who initially guided us through the signup process has become unresponsive, leaving us in the dark. This has resulted in not just a significant financial loss of $2,500 but also a feeling of betrayal. The promises made by House Jet have fallen flat, leaving us to question the integrity of their service. It's hard not to feel scammed and lied to, given the discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered.

Reason for choosing HouseJet

I talked to several brokerages that have used them and gave them good reviews. But it sure not what they told me.

Once you have started working with us your main point of contact is support/customer service as our business advisor just makes sure you are qualified to work with us. All of your leads are generated hot and fresh from our site, marketing, and retargeting. If you see these leads on other platforms it's most likely that these are interested home buyers. Not Worth it in my Market

PROS

I liked the features, the "assistants" who call your appointments. The concept is great.

CONS

I wasted nearly $20k with this company to not get a single lead that was viable over the course of a year. Upon setup, it was pulling teeth to make my landing page functional/aesthetically pleasing; I gave them multiple photos of my properties in my market and for some reason I got one uploaded, and highly pixelated. They didn't reserve the URL I requested, so I had to front that as well. I went through several success managers to have nothing come of any requests; they love to give lip service to make you feel acknowledged. They never could itemize the monthly ad spend, which is $500.00 in addition to the $1,000 monthly fee (that was a nice surprise as well). When I would finally get appointments, the clients were checked out because the ads they post on your behalf are completely misleading. Every time I called customer support, they assured me things would change in a month, or the engineers would fix the issues. Did I get a cent back? Absolutely not. I had to stop payment on my card to stop them. Real estate is a relationship building business, products like this by roping clients in by deceit both jeopardizes an agent's reputation as well as your account balance.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Horrible ... worst in my life. They never send T&C to email to new clients and nothing to sign. I worked in custmer service for a major airline industry, we sent all those emails so everyone on same page. The company already delated my 1 star review and 3 agents thinking of buy this program thanked me for me honesty in review. They refuse to give me back my $1k for the fact you need to pay for 1 more month no matter what. Well, if they kept up their end this would be a problem. My acct manager said on our first meeting I'm sorry we have nothing to talk about b/c normally agent have more appointments or leads. 30 min meeting was only 15 mins. Worst Real Estate lead company ever!!! spend $1k somewhere else!

My leads should be coming from a 20 mile Radis of my town on long island new york ..... getting 3 international leads? nj, IL, ct, Florida, up state new york. Ridiculous PLUS, SALES REP lied!!! I asked 2x and asked and he said I can get out anytime no issues. Only reason why I gave my CC. Now, fighting to get my $1k back ... I'm a new mom and don't have this kind of $ ... if they did get me appoinments on LI and I signed I never would have a problem but the fact I got an appointment for a Florida lead, they don't question they the sales rep said they do. Stay away!

Do Not Use for Laad Generation

The Support Staff Laughed at my concerns. They do not take their company or business seriously. The sales staff does a superior job of over-promising. The support staff does a superior job of underdelivering.

I did not like anything about HouseJet. If I can tell everyone enough to stay away. I will every chance I get. They go under the name House Jet, Market Maker, and Pay per Closing.

CONS

Their Ad Lead images are still not fixed in my Market. The Lead form photos are of Home designs and styles in numerous different markets. I have had numerous conversations to correct the issues. They do not listen to me about the lead form images. They never finalized my marketing package until I asked about it. The leads are extremely unresponsive. The ISA's barely called the leads as promised in the training videos. Bad Phone Numbers and emails. Their Ad copy is outdated. You don't know if it is a buyer or a seller lead. It is probably the worst lead Ad copy I have ever seen.

We pick out stock photos for you but we do request that you send over your own listings for your area as they perform better in your marketing. Our ad copy performs and is always being A/B tested. Our leads do not just come from social platforms but also HouseJet.com where you can see what homes they looked at for what price and bed/bath range. They also come from users who go directly to your housejet.com website since we have a single domain strategy to drive traffic to your site when people google homes in your area. We like to believe that there are no bad leads, there is just bad follow-up. They are handing over their data to you, and we have many other agents closing these leads. We can see from your inactive profile there is no follow-up happening, this may be why you're unhappy with the results.

They made one huge promise they didn't deliver on. If they were not producing quality leads, they would increase ad spend out of their pocket to help. They didn't! Additionally, they had employee turnover issues.

PROS

It was a great idea, but not ideal for a seller's market. The lead quality was super low, and this one size fits all approach didn't work. The clients in this market are more tech savvy, and and saturated. I would rather spend the money on Zillow, which is what I was trying to avoid.

CONS

Their product has no flexibility to adapt to markets. They had no answers, or couldn't adapt to my market.

Complete Garbage Product + No Ethics

Horrible company run by horrible people. They lie to get you to sign up, then lie to avoid refunding your money under their bogus "money back guarantee." AVOID at all costs!

PROS

Not a thing to like. Complete crap and incompetence from their entire team.

CONS

Failed to produce the leads promised in writing. They then did not stand behind their money-back guarantee despite me doing everything I was instructed to do. They are fraudsters.

Not worth the money

Will not recommend. They said they would give you your set up fees back if you don’t like the service but then you go and ask for it and they deny you and say you didn’t meet the criteria and they can’t find your contract. Completely worthless. I wasted around $3000 with these folks and didn’t make one single deal. I have another source for leads and have a great return of income.

PROS

They do get in contact with leads, but that is about it. 90% of the leads don’t show up for the phone call.

CONS

The leads are horrible and a waste of time. I had several meetings with them. These folks are not ready to buy, pretty sure all of them have credit issues.

Skeptical ... but WORTH it

LEADS ... you live and die by LEADS ... if you're not wanting to spend $10k per month or more, this is the way to go

PROS

One of the VERY FEW companies that protect with you a full refund …. you close a deal, refund … you don’t close anything, refund. They back up what they advertise. That is massively important and the relationship building that they seek is extremely rare. Not just a number over here. There’s no risk and down downside. All you have to do is put the work in.

CONS

Nothing negative so far. It's been a great experience

Pay Per Closing HouseJet scam

They are another smash and grab your money company. Stay clear

PROS

Upfront Pay per close seems logical. At first during the honeymoon phase, they were responsive and seemed like they might be the real deal.

CONS

They tell you what you want to hear the first month and then abandoned you after they have your money

Fast and simple process to get started

You never know with these lead companies, but I feel confident. They have quickly helped me with all the things I have struggled with in the past. I feel like I now have a team to work with that compliments me between my strengths and weeknesses. So far so good.
