Thank you Neocase Team !!

I have been using Neocase for more than 3 years and it was wonderfull experience to learn and adpot this applciaiton.

PROS

Ease with which smart form can be build with minimum time. Easy to navigate around and so smotth application to user and agent to use. Support service is good and Neocase team address reported issues quickly.

CONS

We should have provision for yearly refresher training for admins as part of negotiation as during the contract year many patch comes and new functionality comes. This would keep system admins updated with new features and they can talk to their business about new offering and capabilty applciation can do.

Better Efficiency & Accuracy with Neocase

We implemented the system in a ridiculously short amount of time, which we were very appreciative of. But again, it is a time commitment to learn and understand the system.

PROS

We implemented Neocase to automate several manual processes that were previously managed via a shared email inbox. It allowed us to systematize and track all workstreams, ensuring much more efficiency and accuracy in our processes. We were better able to scale with the business and manage employee productivity. It specifically helped us automate our employee change (crossboarding) processes, making the process more efficient for our HR team and the HR Business Partners. It also allowed us to more effectively track and manage employee questions. The reporting capability on our team's productivity was also very helpful.

CONS

Neocase is a very complex system. It is capable of doing almost anything, but you have to understand how to configure it. It's not a con exactly, but the learning curve is decently steep to complete understand the system, which is required to effectively troubleshoot and automate processes.

Reason for choosing Neocase HR

Most robust configuration options and met our needs from a workflow management perspective best. Also a certified Workday partner.

Neocase Small Company that can do Big Things

We were able to absorb more work and tasks without having to scale the service team accordingly. The analytics helped us make data-driven decisions. It has a user-friendly interface. Overall Neocase has helped us accelerate resolution times and enhanced our team's overall productivity. I'd highly recommend Neocase to any organization looking to evolve and better their case management operations.

PROS

Neocase works wonders as a case management tool due to its extensive customization options, as a large healthcare organization scalability and reliability were key to success. It was easy for our team to build and configure new processes independently.

CONS

We didn’t had a chance to explore the real-time integration with Workday.
