PROSEasy to set up and get going. It is clear that this live chat will be superior to others as you are able to create an order in the chat and send a url of the drafty order to the customer. Being able to manage the team and oversee their interations is great too. We used to use the standard Shopify chat but need the upgrade without having to fork out for another expensive additon. Really really happy.
CONSWhile there have been a couple of instances with the notifications and the pre-chat survey, the team are so quick to assist and make sure the app is working as YOU would like.

Reasons for switching to NestDesk
on customers' mobile divices the chat box would open and wouldn't close and frustrate the customers. Tried uninstalling it and installing but it couldn't be fixed and no customer support.

PROSEasy to install. Nice Free Feature without forcing into a payment plan.
CONSNot all features work at first try. BUT they are pretty helpful and working on every issue, till it's solved.

Easy to use APP
It's a very good app. Easy to set up and use it. Quickly to get the message from the customer. It's very helpful to create orders/draft orders in the conversation. Very good support team. They are very helpful and quickly to solved the any issues.
