No user manual for referencing but customer service good

Property Shell has been exactly what we needed for our business and collaborators. The centralised platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, allowing us to manage projects from start to finish flawlessly.

Project and Property listings/profiles features allow us to manage and log information specific to the properties and their sales. We are able to provide access to our partnering companies so we can all work on a centralised platform without need for excessive communication via email etc., and we all have access to the same up-to-date information. The platform itself is visually presented well and user-friendly, with a variety of different ways to customise and report on what's important. The support team are super helpful and efficient and are always open to evolving the program to suit our business needs.

Customsied reporting template features are fantastic but overwhelming with the amount of information to choose from and can be tricky to get just right. Lead integration took longer than expected due to the complexity of the existing lead software, however the support team was very helpful through the process for both.

The customisation options offered by Property Shell were extensive, allowing us to fine-tune the software to align seamlessly with our business processes. Whether it was modifying the user interface, incorporating specific data fields, or integrating third-party tools, Property Shell demonstrated a remarkable level of flexibility and expertise. Nothing comes front of mind for limitations of Property Shell.

Property Shell's software is extremally user friendly which was part of our criteria as a National Developer. Their platform's real-time communication and document management features have facilitated seamless coordination. The backend service has been second to none as the customer after service we have received has been fantastic.

Perhaps a little more functionality in the back end from a reporting/ marketing perspective could be looked at in future updates.
