User Friendly!!!

Our entire experience and cooperation with Qobrix has been excellent. They not only built us a superb website but also delivered a CRM fully customised to the needs of our company. The integration between the site and the Qobrix CRM system was seamless and completely optimised the flow of information to our website concerning the most important aspect of our business, property auctions. The Qobrix team have been absolutely fantastic to work with and have provided a service that’s more akin to a partnership.

PROS

Qobrix does everything we expected a real estate CRM to do. It has been incredibly user friendly, even for the least tech savvy of employees. It’s works very well in managing everything we need it for, moreso than any other system we’ve tried. We highly recommend that you try it for yourselves.

CONS

While no perfect product exists, I selected Qobrix because it offers all the important features that my real estate business needs. In saying that, if I had to make any comment, it would be to have access to more tutorial videos. While the ones that exist are great, a wider pool of videos would be helpful. However, jumping onto a call with the Qobrix team is easy, and I always get what I need.

Qobrix CRM

Qobrix software has benefited our business in several ways in terms of improving efficiencies and pipeline management. Some of the best aspects of the product are its Projects module which enables us to group properties into projects, for e.g., investment opportunities, e-auction properties, etc.; and the Portal integration with Spitogatos and XE allowing us to publish and unpublish properties quickly and easily. We also use Qobrix as a very intuitive CMS to keep our website, which they designed updated.

PROS

Qobrix is a very easy to use platform and makes managing our extensive property portfolio incredibly simple. It’s definitely been designed to accommodate the needs of our industry, and is customizable to the particular needs of our business.

CONS

The integration with our existing business processes took a little longer than the initial prediction, due to our extensive property portfolio.

The best CRM

After more than 10 years in real estate and after working with others, Qobrix is the best of them. Professional, easy to use and helps you connect your business with your clients.

PROS

The best real estate CRM that exists, with a good customer service. It incorporates the latest news and valid tools for the sector.

CONS

I can't find any cons in this CRM. It is very easy and intuitive

CRM Review

PROS

Overall the system works well and the support is hard to beat There is room to add on specifics based on your company's needs which I think is imperative to have some level of customisation as each company is different. The back end is laid out quite nicely, so the visual aspect is great.

CONS

I do feel certain aspects should be included in the base of the CRM since it is a real estate CRM, things such as Price on Application/Request. But this is a simple addition they can include.

Qobrix is much more integrated and has everything in one place.

Excellent Team and Very Happy customer

I am very happy with the team behind the system, the system itself and the customer support i am getting in the initial stages.

PROS

the system is very easy to use and does not require too many windows or tabs to be opened to navigate around. it is logical in its design and its implementation. i like the integrations it offers with other platforms and how easy it is to search for information i need.

CONS

any minor cons that exist can be easily implemented in any update and there arent any worth mentioning.
