My Sales Team's New Best Friend
After watching the Onboarding video everything was easy to navigate. I had a great experience with Topline and would highly recommend it to anyone hoping to simplify their life and growth.
PROSThe best part of Topline is how it streamlines everything. We never wasted money on unused features. The automation suite – workflows, surveys, the whole deal – helped us run our business smoothly as a much larger company.
CONSThe only thing I did not like was if you exit Topline you have to get a 2FA code from your email before you get back in. I wish you could stay logged in for a time of your choosing.

After reviewing all of the other alternatives and considering price, features, and capability it became obvious who was the best overall.

CRM on steroids!!
I’m glad we made the switch when we did! We haven’t looked back and are growing faster than ever!
PROSI love the butler services when I’m stuck but also the mentoring has been a game changer.

Best platform for marketing!
Topline is helping us take our marketing agency to the next level. The coaching, the platform, and the confidence is all there!
PROSTopline is the full package!!! Automations, campaign management, CRM, social media, and more! I haven’t found a platform that can do all that Topline does!
CONSCons? There’s no such thing with Topline!

Their platform doesn’t include all the features we can get with Topline. Plus their support team isn’t supportive. The price wasn’t even worth what it offered.

Blown away at first experience
From the moment that I was introduced to Topline I was blown away by the fact that all of these softwares as well as the growth support was available at the price of the subscription. It almost felt too good to be true but the fact that this true is such a testament to the level of care that the people behind this company have for service providers.
CONSI have yet to run into a con! I am thrilled with this platform.

Because paying for all of these other platforms is significantly more than what I pay for Topline and is also multiple different platforms as opposed to this platform that encompasses every single thing that I need.

Topline replaced multiple software services
Very impressed with the depth of functionality with Topline. This one tool has replaced 3 tools that I was previously using (Wufoo for lead capture, Freshbooks for invoicing, and MixMax for email campaign follow-ups).
PROSThe ease of use, and the depth of the functionality. I was blown away by the funnel management, the communication capabilities, and the workflow automation potential. I have barely scratched the surface on Topline's AI functionality but am excited to leverage these capabilities soon.
CONSSome features such as the website chatbot didn't work for me immediately, but the support team was able to help me out and get my issues resolved quickly.
