A great combination of Heatmaps and User Activity
It's been really useful for us to combine two former tools into one solution. It keeps data connected better, and gave us instantly better insights into our user behaviour
PROSThe great thing for us about Cux is that it allowed us to combine two former tools. Our heatmaps tool and our event tracking tool.
CONSCould have some more plug and play integrations with other data platforms. But for us it's not so bad as we just used their API

Overall experience with their customer success team.
Reasons for switching to CUX
The cost of two individual tools was rising plus constantly integrating the data streams was time consuming for IT

Easy visitor tracking & heatmpas
Even though the project was short term, I was able to make educated decisions and Cux definitely delivered on the value.
PROSI used cux for an ecommerce project and it helped me get a better overview of visitor behaviour on the website.
CONSNothing in particular that I disliked. Product is robust.

Writing a review after half a year of using CUX
Greate flexible tool for those who wantto understand their product and users better and to make more data-driven decisions
PROSOne of the biggest pros of CUX for me is possibility to work with it on my own, without constantly sending requests to developers. I can set almost any goal, segment or filter using only CUX and WebDevTools in Chrome. Retroactive analysis also came out very useful - especially in the beginning when I was not sure what exactly I need to measure and later as I started to dig dipper - for quick checking my hypothesis.And of course I have to mention CUX excellent support - they are always there to answer all my questions, help with solving some tricky problems/setups, listen to my suggestions.
CONSYou definetely have to understand WHY do you need this tool - as any other analysis software there are no magic dashboard/set of data that will tell you everything about your website in one click. You need basic understandig about how your website is built, what are your strategic goals, how you approach problems - the magic is in your mindset, not in metrics. And because CUX offering some innovative way of working with data for UX purposes - you may need some time first to fully understand how to use this tool in it's full potential.

A great product from a fantastic team!
With Cux.io we've been able to save tons of time and have great insights with our customer experience to be able to make action decisions and implement fixes based on data. They have a great team and I'm excited for what they come up with next!

Easy to get started with some fantastic heat mapping capabilities
I like heatmaps as they let me see how people are interacting with my website and to understand where they are focusing their attention on. Using Cux and making informed decisions is really helping me to improve our site and conversions.
CONSI do not have any features that I would change at this moment.

Uncover the real secrets of your product
The overall experience has been great as the support team was always present to help us ensure that we can utilize the product to its fullfest.
PROSWe all often get lost in the overall usability of the product and dont focus on journeys of each of our customers. To uncover the real insights we need to watch them closely and monitor each of their action. This is what this tool does for marketers.
CONSIntegration process can be improved to support non-techies.

Great tool to see what users are doing on the website
It was a short evaluation period but the tool has really cool features. It does what it should. Thanks to this tool I was able to determine what my customers do on the website and which parts of my app are causing the issues when it comes to the UI.
CONSThere could be more integrations added, for example with Intercom.

Great product for analyzing users' behavior
I like the heatmap features that allows analyzing most clicked element on my website
CONSI don't like that the pricing is not shown on the website.

Words are superfluous until you try it yourself. Don't waste time and try Cux.io!
PROSThat tool is perfect for improving conversion. It helps to understand customers' behavior and improve UX. Also, I like that they have a free trial to test the tool!

Great software to improve website conversion
I love being able to play what the user does on the website and this can help me put myself in his point of view so I know where to improve the layout, so this will improve the overall conversion.
CONSI don't think there is something specific I don't like, but maybe I would like to see some more features or recommendations based not the reports.

Intuitive and easy to use!
Yhe UI and UX of the entire platform is very intuitive. You can start using it without any knowladge about this kind of software. Heatmaps and recodrings features work great. :)
